The wrestling world mourns the passing of "Pretty Boy" Larry Sharpe, who died at the age of 66 after succumbing to liver disease. Sharpe served as the head of the Monster Factory training school, which featured such luminaries as the late Bam Bam Bigelow, the Headbangers, Tatanka, Tony Atlas, Balls Mahoney, Sheamus and Chris Candido just to name a few.
He was also known back in the day for his work in various territories including Mid-Atlantic, Texas, Puerto Rico and Florida. In 1974, he made his debut for the then-WWWF and even received a small push but would later leave the company to focus more on his independent career and later open up the well-respected wrestling school.
He will be missed by all and we send out well-wishes and condolences to his family, friends and fans.
