Happy Monday wrestling world! Tonight’s another exciting night of Raw! The tension between Universal Champion Roman Reigns and the challenger for the title Braun Strowman has heated up. What will happen tonight? And if you love Renee Young on commentary then you’re in for a treat. Tonight’s her first night of permanent commentary duty! Stay tuned.

Tonight's show starts off with the Raw Tag Team Champions, Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre, and the #1 contender for the Universal Championship, Braun Strowman. They brought out the locker room for their own protection. Last week, The Shield were escorted out of the arena by the police. They came back for revenge but were picked apart by Strowman and the tag champs plus the Raw locker room. Braun says that "their strength in numbers fail to compare to anything" in his pack. Ziggler gave praise to the men standing around the ring. McIntyre told the WWE Universe that the balance of power has shifted and they vow to set an example for everyone by dismantling the B-Team for the titles. And Braun vows to pick Roman Reigns apart when they face off in the Hell in the Cell this Sunday for the Universal Championship.

But uh-oh! "Sierra. Hotel. India. Echo. Lima. Delta.....SHIELD!" Here come the Hounds of Justice! They have that look in their eyes and are going to work on the men around the ring. Strowman and his pack cleared the ring and are looking on up the ramp. The Shield have made a statement and the staredown starts as the countdown to Sunday continues.

Tonight, Ronda Rousey and Natalya will take on Alexa Bliss and Mickie James.

Also, we will hear from the COO Triple H as he will address The Undertaker before their big, final showdown in Australia on October 6th. But up next, Nikki Bella takes on Ruby Riott in singles' action!

Backstage, The Shield are being forced to leave the premises. Baron Corbin claims he doesn't want them assaulting the cops because they can get themselves locked up.

Nikki Bella w/ Brie Bella vs. Ruby Riott w/ Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan

Ruby Riott starts off with control of this one so far, putting Nikki in a headlock. Nikki looks to come back with a little bit of momentum but is quickly stopped. She comes back with the veteran experience and tries overpowering Riott. Riott counters but Nikki takes her down and goes to work! Riott stops Nikki's momentum once again, forcing her to land ringside.

Out of the break, Ruby Riott has taken full control of this one! She puts a deadly knee right in Nikki's face and turns her attention to Brie on the outside. Nikki capitalizes and picks the momentum up. She delivers a "Beautiful Disaster-like" springboard kick and nearly kicks Riott's teeth out. Riott counters Nikki with an STO from out of nowhere for the nearfall. Nikki catches Riott offguard and picks her up for the finisher. Liv Morgan comes to her partner's aid but you can't beat twin power. Brie Bella with the rescue and lays Morgan out on the outside. Nikki delivers the finisher for the win!

Tonight, we will hear from the COO Triple H as he will address The Undertaker.

Big Show is out in his wrestling gear, standing with the fighters of Connor's Cure. All of them on stage are from Louisiana. He introduced them all to the WWE Universe.

Last week, we saw HBK and The Deadman address each other pertaining to the final showdown in Australia. HBK believes Triple H will win, Taker thinks HBK is only on The Game's side because he retired Michaels 8 years ago. A rivalry once full of respect has completely turned personal! What does The Game have to say about this? We shall find out tonight!

Over on Smackdown Live, The Apex Predator and the Charismatic Enigma have built up a pretty intense rivalry. Hardy wants to put Orton away for good! They will be locked in Hell in a Cell on Sunday!

NOLA Police are standing outside praying that The Shield do not make a return. A limo pulls up to the arena and out comes.... THE GAME! He's on his way to the ring to address the WWE Universe!

The Game is in the ring and is soaking in the cheers from the WWE Universe of New Orleans! He says that HBK's opinion of who would win between HHH and Taker this last time actually bothered The Deadman, which is why he was so defensive last week. He feels like The Undertaker lost respect for himself. The Game seems like he's ready to bring it and wants to show The Deadman that he can and will beat him in Australia. He vows to put Taker down.

Earlier tonight, The Shield laid waste to all of the Raw locker room at ringside. They were told to vacate the premises soon after. Was that the last that we saw of The Shield tonight?

Ziggler and Bo Dallas start things off. Ziggler with the aggression but can't keep Bo down. He comes back with the aggression on his own and tags his partner in. The B-Team hype each other up on the apron and exchange fast tags. Axel gets a shot in on McIntyre on the apron but that's not enough to knock The Psychopath off. Ziggler takes advantage of the distraction and superkicks Axel, followed up with the tag to McIntyre. McIntyre kicks Axel off the apron pretty rough! The momentum is in the champs' hands.

During the break, McIntyre continued the damage to Axel. They are completely wearing down the former champs like doggy chew toys. After the match, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose attacked the champs! What will happen after this!?

20 years ago, HIAC was introduced to the wrestling world. The first ever match was The Undertaker vs. Mankind! As a lot of us can remember, this match resulted in Mankind being thrown off the top of the cell by Taker which kind of defined Foley's career as a legend. The fight that he had to go through! The fact that he STILL got back up after that fall and went back at The Undertaker was just absurd. Taker through Foley through the cell and onto the ring canvas. Foley still wasn't done! Taker finished him off with the slam onto a pile of tacks and a piledriver. Foley still walked out on his two feet. The memories of that match will last forever! Tonight, we will hear from the Hardcore Legend himself.

After Tyler Breeze tried to enter the ring, KO attacked him and laid him out. This match results in a no contest.

KO got on the mic and let the WWE Universe know why he came back. He says he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants, no one can stop him. He blames Bobby Lashley for the injury that Sami Zayn sustained. He says he quit because of Lashley but yet, is also the reason why he came back. He's reminded us that this is still the Kevin Owens Show!!

Up next, the new tag team of Bobby Roode and Chad Gable are in action!

Chad Gable & Bobby Roode vs. The Ascension

Bobby Roode was supposed to start the match off but Chad Gable tags himself in. The Ascension are going to work on the former tag team champion, wearing him down. Viktor gets the nearfall off the tag team move and picks up where Konnor left off. Gable can't get Roode in just yet. He flips Viktor and gets the hottag to Roode! He has the edge! Roode sets up for the Glorious DDT. Gable tags himself in once again and rolls Viktor up, followed by a german suplex pin for the win!

Out of the break, Mickie James is squeezing the life out of Natalya in the middle of the ring. She tries to pick the momentum up but Mickie has that hold locked in. Nattie breaks the hold in the corner but James pulls her down by the hair. She mocks the current Raw Women's Champion and tags Bliss in. Nattie counters Bliss and tags Rousey in. As he trashed the city of New Orleans and got ready to sing, Mick Foley made his way to the ring and BOY has he lost a lot of weight! He gave Elias tips of advice on his music but, of course, Elias has something to say about it. Elias let Foley know that he's the past. He referred to Foley as a broken man. Foley still gave advice to Elias. He wants to be apart of Hell in a Cell in any way possible. He reminisced on his memories of his Hell in a Cell match against The Undertaker 20 years ago. He announced that on Sunday, he's going to be locked in the Hell in a Cell match with Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns as a special guest referee! Wow! Before Foley left, Elias still had some words for Foley. He told Foley to shut his mouth and go backstage. He, also, announced that Elias will be taking on Finn Balor next!

Braun Strowman is backstage and still on the hunt for Roman Reigns. He's causing mass destruction and destroying all of humanity!

Elias vs. Finn Balor

Both men are working to gain an edge, trading jabs. Neither can get a set kind of energy. Elias starts to wear Balor down but Balor breaks the hold. Balor can't seem to keep the advantage as Elias has a counter for everything he throws at him. Elias is back on the wear down. Balor breaks out of, yet, another hold and goes to work. He's building the momentum in NOLA and gets the slingblade. Elias counters the corner dropkick and it's back in his ballpark.
