As many of you saw last night on RAW, Dean Ambrose made reference to Roman Reigns' battle with leukemia during his in-ring promo. He said the following:
"We're all gonna get what we deserve," Ambrose said. "I mean look at Roman. For Roman's part and what Roman did in The Shield, he has to answer to the man upstairs. But what's worse, is you have to answer to me."
It's obvious that Ambrose is going to do some sort of angle where he is ashamed at the destruction they caused as the Shield but bringing a very real-life situation into this is questionable at best.
According to rumours and speculation, this may not even be the last we hear about Roman's real-life illness involved in this storyline.
Brendan's Quick Take: It's sickening and reminds me of the 'Eddiesploitation' after Eddie Guerrero had passed away and was being used as a pawn in a feud between Rey Mysterio and Chavo Guerrero. I know Roman isn't dead but using a real life-threatening disease as fodder for a heel promo is reprehensible. I don't even blame the performers but rather whoever okayed this whole thing.
