Welcome everyone back to Wrestling News World! This world of professional wrestling will be buzzing after AEW’s All Out PPV this Saturday, August 31st.

Check down below for my previews and predictions for All Out!

Chris Jericho vs Adam ‘Hangman’ Page for the AEW World Championship

I’ll have to be honest with everyone, I am not that excited for this one. The buildup has been lackluster and yet this is supposed to be the main event of the show. I’m not worried about the match quality as Jericho and Page will sure to put on a classic. I’m worried that since that there hasn’t been much build for this match, people are gonna automatically go for a Jericho win. Without any hype, especially to a non wrestling fan, no one will know much about Page as he is on the rise to becoming a great professional wrestler and star in the business. Is it him time? It’s not up to me to decide. My gut instinct is telling me to go with Jericho as he is a well established name in the game and having him be the inaugural AEW World Champion will bring eyes to the product.

Prediction- Chris Jericho becomes the first ever AEW World Champion

The Lucha Bros (Rey Fénix and Pentagon Jr.) vs The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) for the AAA Tag Team Championships in a Ladder Match

This is gonna be the spot-fest of the night and it worries me to think about what these four men have planned. They’re last encounters saw The Bucks pick up the win over the Lucha Bros at Double or Nothing then fell short in a six-man tag match at Fyter Fest. I fully expect to see the Lucha Bros go over in this one and I have a reason as to why. AAA has been gracious to allow AEW to feature their tag team championships on their programming, but it’s not theirs. Say if the Bucks win and go to TV with a different company’s championships, then the non-wrestling fan will be confused to why this tag team has gold when they’re featuring AEW Tag Team Championships that will be revealed soon. Nonetheless, this has potential to be the biggest and best Ladder Match in history, I’m stoked. I’m going with a Lucha Bros win and they soon will drop the AAA Tag Team Championships soon after so they can go back to AAA and the Lucha Bros can be ready October 2nd for AEW on TNT.

Prediction- Lucha Bros retain the AAA Tag Team Championships

Kenny Omega vs PAC

In what some would call a dream match, but was not supposed to happen just yet. With just a week before All Out, Jon Moxley had to pull out of his match with Omega this Saturday due to an injury with his elbow. Omega cut a killer promo on Mox on last week’s edition of ‘Being the Elite’ where he stated that he didn’t take anything serious unlike Kenny. The promo wanted me to see this match much more and I cannot wait until the day that it happens. As for PAC as the replacement, I see PAC picking up the win since it’s his first match being with AEW. I’ll throw a bone and say Moxley will be making an interference, helping PAC with the win.

Prediction- PAC wins

Cody vs Shawn Spears

A rivalry that started at Fyter Fest, where Spears brutally attacked Cody with a chase, leaving him with a crimson mask.

Both men will get to have someone in their corner, and while it’s unknown for who will be in the corner for Cody, Tully Blanchard will be in the corner of Shawn Spears. I feel like this feud is just starting and I don’t see Cody winning here. I think Spears will be some shenanigans to pick up the win and the rivalry will get to continue from this point.

Prediction-Shawn Spears steals a win

Riho vs Hikaru Shida

Don’t sleep on this match. Both women (Japanese wrestling background) will put on a hard hitting clinic and I’d assume the winner of this match will get the chance to compete for the AEW Women’s Championship. I’m on the fence about this one so I’ll just pick randomly..

Prediction- Riho picks up the win

Darby Allin vs Jimmy Havoc vs Joey Janela

This will be a crazy Three-Way Match that is somehow sponsored by Cracker Barrel. Not much to discuss on this one, I see Darby picking up the win since he seems to have a better in terms of a glass ceiling. Besides, he went to a draw at Fyter Fest with Cody, so I’d assume he’d get the win.

Prediction- Darby Allin

The Dark Order vs Best Friends

The winner gets a first round bye for the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament, which is a cool stipulation. The Best Friends have been attacked by the Dark Order multiple times and I see them continuing this mayhem and pick up the win.

Prediction- The Dark Order wins and gets a first round bye in the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament

SCU vs Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus and Marko Stunt

I really want to have this match open the show. SCU brings so much energy and charisma to their matches that I want to see them on my tv at the start of the show. I love the pairing between Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy as they are a young tag team that are on their way to find their footing. If you add Marko Stunt to the stable, and you now have a loose cannon to the team. All six men are gonna work hard but I ultimately have to give it to the guys with more experience on this one.

Prediction- SCU wins and celebrates all the way back to Southern California

Private Party vs Jack Evans and Angelico in a Buy-In Match

I honestly wish this was part of the PPV itself as all four men are great wrestlers and I would call them spot-monkeys. Private Party put on a hell of a performance against Best Friends at Fight for the Fallen in July and they really caught the attention of viewers. In their own respective light, Evans and Angelico are a great tag team and honestly this match could go any way. With the momentum and AEW strongly behind them, I’m going with a Private Party win here.

Prediction- Private Party

Women’s Casino Battle Royale

The winner of the match will receive a shot for the AEW Women’s World Champion. It’s worth noting that Brandi Rhodes stated that most women are not even under contract with AEW, so this makes me believe this will be a showcase match for Britt Baker. She’s been with the company since the Double or Nothing (technically All In), and I see her going to the very end to secure a spot in the first ever AEW Women’s World Championship Match.

Prediction- Britt Baker wins the Casino Battle Royale

There’s nothing like predicting a show without some bold predictions, right? The biggest rumor flaring around is that CM Punk will be making a surprise appearance at All Out. He’s scheduled for Starrcast for Saturday so there’s more of a chance to him returning to the ring than ever before. I think all that are involved are throwing viewers a curve ball here. I think CM Punk will be making his return to professional wrestling.
