We reported on Tuesday that former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins had already started rehabbing his surgically reconstructed knee. WWE put together a video piece, taking an in-depth look at his rehabilitation. Rollins is currently coming in twice a day for physical therapy, with each session lasting two and a half hours, meaning he rehabs five hours a day. You can watch the video embedded below:
Rollins is ahead of the course for most people and even most professional athletes, as he’s trying to get back as soon as possible. His timetable to return, however, remains at six to nine months until further notice.
