Good evening wrestling world! Smackdown goes to us live from Indianapolis, Indiana. On a night full of action, we will see the WWE Women’s Tag Champion pay a visit to Smackdown to confront the IIconics. Also, we will see if Kofi Kingston can make his dreams come true when he attempts to run the gauntlet against some of Smackdown’s top competitors. All of this, and more in the moments to come!

We kickoff the show with The Miz making his way to the ring. In the ring, Miz recounts Shane McMahon’s actions from the past few weeks, starting at Fastlane. Miz acknowledges that he has sacrificed all of the relationships he's had with people in the past in order to get to the top. He says his relationship with McMahon actually meant something though. He says Shane helped him achieve his goal of getting his father to be proud of him. Miz continues to say that when he first tagged with Shane, people told him to watch his back.

He recounts Fastlane, where Shane attacked him and his father. He says he was born a McMahon and that means that he is the worst in the world. He says just because the McMahons own WWE, that that doesn't mean that they own either him or Kofi Kingston.

Miz continues to say that he has earned everything that he has worked for in his 13 year career, and that nothing was given to him unlike Shane McMahon. He says that at WrestleMania, Shane will get the beating that he has earned.

The WWE Women’s Champions, Sasha Banks and Bayley, make their way out to the ring. Up next, they square off against the IIconics! (Commercial)

The IIconics vs. Sasha Banks & Bayley

Before the match starts, Kay and Royce say that their foes look scared inside “their” ring.

The match begins and Bayley and Kay start the match off. They lock up in the middle, and Kay drgas Bayley to the corner, where Royce tags in. The two women lock up in the middle, but Royce begins to bring the attack to Bayley. Some quick action and Bayley is quickly able to take the advantage. She tags in Banks, and the two are able to get the upper hand. Kay tags in the match, but she is quickly dragged into the corner off the tag champions. Bayley tags into the ring and attacks Kay, when Lacy Evans interrupts the match. All she does is does her usual routine of walking down the entrance ramp, and turning back to the locker room, but the distraction was enough for Kay to blindside Bayley with a forearm and send her down to the mat. We come back as The IIconics have taken complete control of the match. They have been able to isolate Bayley in the ring. Bayley, though is eventually able to bring Kay down with a clothesline, and then make the tag to her partner. Banks comes in hot, delivering multiple strikes to Royce. She delivers a meteora onto Royce and attempts a pin, which is broken up by Kay. Banks turns her attention to Kay on the outside. The distraction allows for Royce to rollup Banks for a pin. With a little help from her partner, Royce is able make the pinfall onto Banks. The IIconics win

Backstage, Rey Mysterio announces that he will be facing Samoa Joe for the United States Championship at WrestleMania.

Kevin Owens makes his way to the ring to host the Kevin Owens Show with special guests, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. (Commercial)

We come back as Kevin Owens is on the set of his show. Owens says that there is no denying that this year is about Kofi Kingston. He says that he will be watching the gauntlet match tonight very closely.

He proceeds to welcome his guests for tonight, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. Owens starts off by saying that he knows that sometimes friendships can go wrong. He acknowledges the friendship that the who once had. He also mentions a couple of the verbal jabs that Ronda Rousey has thrown out about the two women in the past. He also brings up a couple of things that both women have said about each other in the recent weeks. He says the point he is trying to make is that no one wants to see them talk anymore; people want to see the women fight and he encourages them to do so. The women meet face to face in the ring. Flair says that she would beat Becky if she wanted. Lynch answers with a huge slap to the face of Flair and the two women begin to fight in the ring. The action spills to the outside, where the two throw each other all throughout the ringside area. Security and officials come out to separate the women, but the two of them fight off the security in order to get to each other. Eventually the two women are separated by officials.

Backstage, AJ Styles is made aware that his match with Randy Orton has been made official. Styles reiterates that Orton was built for WWE. He acknowledges that Orton is great/ He says the difference between the men is that they were brought up differently. He says that at WrestleMania, he is coming to tear the house down that Orton built. Before he leaves, he wishes luck to Kofi Kingston.

Up next, we will hear from the WWE Champion, Daniel Bryan. (Commercial)

We return as Bryan and Rowan stand in the ring. Bryan says that it is an injustice that Kofi Kingston is getting the opportunity is getting. Bryan says he knows the feeling of getting held down by the Authority, and that is not what is happening to Kingston. He says that Kofi was given an opportunity that he did not earn. He admits that in the Elimination match, Kingston fought valiantly, but he lost and that is because he is nothing more that a B+ player. Bryan says that B+ is not enough and no matter how much people chant for Kingston, it will not change the fact that he continues to lose. Bryan is then interrupted by the New Day. Kingston makes his way to the ring to take on his difficult task. (Commercial)

Gauntlet Match: Kofi Kingston vs. The Bar, Rowan, Randy Orton, & Samoa Joe

The bell rings Kofi squares off against Sheamus. Thye lock up in the ring and Sheamus is able to push Kingston into the corner with the obvious strength advantage. They lock up in the middle of the ring again, where Kingston is able to out wrestle Sheamus momentarily. They separate again and lockup, but Sheamus hit Kinston in the midsection with a boot. He goes for a pin and Kingston kicks out at two. The two continues to trade wrestling holds, and Kingston seems to take the advantage. He’s able to land multiple arm drags on Sheamus. The two stand and Sheamus hits Kofi with a big forearm. However, Kofi is able to send Sheamus to the outside of the ring, where Kofi lands a big splash onto Sheamus. Kofi brings Sheamus back into the ring, but a distraction from Cesaro allows for Sheamus to land a big knee onto Kofi. Sheamus begins to unload big chops on the chest of Kingston, but Kinston is able to send Sheamus to the ground with a big straight kick to Sheamus. Sheamus is able to battle back, with another distraction from Cesaro. He attempts to pin Kingston multiple times, but he kicks out. Sheamus puts Kingston in a side headlock. However, Kingston is able to fight out momentarily until he is hit with a big back elbow that sends him down to the mat. (Commercial)

We come back as the match continues. Sheamus and Kingston trade blows in the middle of the ring, where Kofi is able to gain momentum, dropping Sheamus with a bog clothesline. He’s able to land a Boom Drop. He goes for Trouble In Paradise, but Sheamus avoids it. Kofi is able to eventually land a flying cross body onto Sheamus. A quick turn of events, and Sheamus is able to land an Irish Curse and follow it with a Cloverleaf. Sheamus is able to reverse the submission into a pin attempt, which Sheamus gets out of. Thee two get up and sheamus is able to land a nig knee to the jaw of Kofi. Both men are left lying on the mat. Sheamus gets up and sets up for a Brogue Kick. Kingston avoids the Brogue Kick and is able to hit a Trouble in Paradise and pin Sheamus for the victory.

Kofi Kingston vs. Cesaro

Cesaro immediately comes into the ring and hits Kingston in the back with a european uppercut. He pushes Kofi into the corner and delivers huge rights and lefts to the midsection. He pulls Kingston out of the corner and puts him into a submission on the ground. Kofi fights out, but is sent to the corner. Cesaro goes for a splash, but Kofi counters with a big boot. Kofi goes for a cross body onto Cesaro, but is caught in the air as Cesaro delivers a crushing backbreaker as we go to commercial. (Commercial)

The match continues as Cesaro lands another backbreaker onto Kingston. Cesaro follows it with the swing onto Kingston. He follows it with a Cloverleaf of his own. Cesaro turns the submission into a suplex and lands it. He pins Kingston, but he kicks out at two. We see that backstage, a number of superstars have gathered to watch the match. Cesaro proceeds to lock a Boston Crab onto Kingston. Cesaro let's go and attempts a Neutralizer. Kingston slips out and hits an SOS, gaining the pinfall victory.

Rowan vs Kofi Kingston

Kingston is slow to recover, but immediately goes on the attack to Rowan. It backfires as Rowan stops him and sends him into the corner. He delivers a big chop, followed by a big splash to Kofi. He throws him to the outside and delivers a running splash to Kingston. He peels Kofi off of the ground and sends Kofi hard into the barricade multiple times. Rowan then grabs a chair and smashes Kingston across the back. Rowan gets disqualified, but continues his assault on Kingston as he sends him back first into ring post. Rowan pick Kingston up and sends him through the announce table with the Iron Claw. Samoa Joe makes his way to the ring. (Commercial)

Kofi Kingston vs. Samoa Joe

We come back as Samoa Joe hits Kingston with a big back elbow. He continues to punish Kingston in the corner of the ring.Joe begins to taunt Kingston, saying that he won’t be at WrestleMania. Kingston begins to fight back with strikes of his own, but his attack is ended when Joe hits him with a big kick in the corner. Joe continues to punish Kingston, putting him in a chinlock in the middle of the ring. Kofi fights out and begins to deliver a couple of right hands. However, Joe stops his attack with a vicious clothesline from Samoa Joe. Joe puts Kingston in a headlock, nut he fights out. He runs towards Joe, but Joe delivers a big Urinagi in the corner of the ring. Joe once again locks Kingston in a chinlock. Samoa Joe attempts a back suplex, but Kingston counters and sends Joe into the corner. Joe reverses and sets Kingston up in the corner. He attempts a Muscle Buster, but Kofi slips into a pinfall attempt and pins Joe for the win.

Afterwards, Joe locks a Coquina Clutch onto Kofi. Joe leaves Kingston lifeless in the middle of the ring, as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring. (Commercial)

Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton

The gauntlet continues as Orton takes the attack t Kingston on the outside of the ring. Kingston is able to reverse and irish whip and send Orton into the steel steps. Both men get back into the ring, and Orton sends Kofi into the corner where he delivers multiple european uppercuts. Orton begins to stomp the limbs of Kingston on the mat. He goes for a pin, but Kingston kicks out at two. He locks Kingston in a side headlock and keeps the hold applied for a couple of minutes before Kingston begins to fight back. Kofi is able to bring Orton down to the mat with a couple of chops to the chest. He goes for a dropkick, but Orton swats his feet out of the air and begins to stomp the limbs once again. Orton stands Kofi up and brings him into the corner. Orton begins to unload on Kingston with fists and european uppercut. Orton goes for an RKO, but Kingston counters and delivers a Trouble In Paradise. Kofi attempts to crawl to pin Orton, but Randy manages to crawl to the outside of the ring. (Commercial)

We continue as Randy hammers down strikes onto Kingston, who is perched in the corner of the ring. He goes to the top to attempt a superplex, but Kingston fights out. He lands a cross body, but Orton is able to catch him and reverse into a pin. Kingston kicks out, and is positioned on the second rope, where Kingston is drilled into the mat with a spike ddt. Ortion sets up for an RKO, but Kofi reverses into a pinfall and pins Orton for the win. Kofi Kingston wins

After the match, Vince McMahon makes his way out. He congratulates Kofi Kingston. He tells Kingston he's going to WrestleMania, as long as he can defeat one last opponent. Daniel Bryan emerges from the locker room.

Kofi Kingston vs. Daniel Bryan

The bell rings and Bryan attacks Kingston in the corner with multiple kicks to the chest. Kingston begins to battle out of the corner with big strikes, but is hit in the midsection with a big knee from Daniel Bryan. Bryan positions Kingston in the tree of woe, and delivers more kicks. He positions Kingston on the top turnbuckle and delivers a back superplex. They land and Bryan locks in the LeBell Lock. Kofi is able to get to the bottom rope to break the hold. Bryan begins to land more kicks to the chest of Kingston.He goes for one last big kick, but Kingston avoids it and lands an SOS. He pins Bryan, but he kicks out at two. The two get up and Bryan lands more kicks to the chest of Kingston in the corner. Kingston reverses a running knee into a pinfall, but Bryan kicks out at two. Bryan eventually goes for a running knee and lands it. Daniel Bryan pins Kofi Kingston in the middle of the ring and gets the three count. Daniel Bryan wins

We end the night with Daniel Bryan celebrating on his way out of the arena.
