Hello and welcome everyone to the Smackdown Live Coverage and Chat! Tonight Smackdown eminates from the Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield, California. After Daniel Bryan announced a controversial Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship at WWE Fastlane, SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon decided to shake things up a little bit on the Road to WrestleMania. Dolph Ziggler vs. Baron Corbin (Winner is added to Fast Lane Main Event):

The match never begins as Owens and Zayn are beating down Corbin. They begin to walk away however Corbin asks if that was it. Zayn and Owens layout Corbin and go to the ring for Ziggler. Ziggler hops the barricade and begins beating on Zayn. Zayn and Owens get the better of Ziggler in the crowd and throw him back towards the ring. Owens holds Ziggler up and Zayn lays him out with a Helluva Kick. Corbin makes his way out however Zayn and Owens get the best of him. We go to commercial with Zayn and Owens getting sent backstage.

Sarah Logan v Charlotte:

The Riott Squad enter with Logan and are in her corner. Charlotte enters and before the match begins Naomi and Lynch even the odds. Logan and Charlotte start with some chain wrestling with Logan having the upperhand. Charlotte gets a reversal and sends Logan to the outside, this sends us to commercial. We come back from the break with Logan chopping Flair, Charlotte no sells and begins chopping away at Logan. Logan tackles Flair and pins her for a near fall. Logan drops Flair and begins pounding her in the head. After a few more near falls Charlotte hits Natural Selection for the win.

Winner: Charlotte

Shane McMahon announces that Corbin will face Owens and Ziggler will face Zayn. If either man wins they will be added to the Fast Lane Main Event.

Kevin Owens vs. Baron Corbin:

Owens attacks Corbin as the bell rings and goes to the ribs. Corbin as mentioned above was attacked and he's selling the ribs. Owens takes a powder early and Corbin meets him outside with some hard strikes. Owens and Corbin go back inside and Corbin strikes Owens hard on the top rope. Owens rolls back to the outside and Corbin throws him into the barricade. Owens regains control and rams Corbin into the ring apron and the ring post. The two men get back into the ring and Owens reverses Corbins baseball slide inside out counter. Owens then connects with a cannonball in the corner for two.

My internet went out and I lost connection. Corbin defeats Kevin Owens and is in the Fast Lane Main Event.

Winner: Baron Corbin

Randy Orton answers Bobby Roode's open challenge. Jinder Mahal interupts and the match doesn't begin. Mahal says Orton is washed up and brings up the top ten list. Roode says Mahal didn't even make the list and that Orton is number nine. Orton hits Singh with a RKO. This allows Mahal to drop Roode and then Orton as well. Mahal stands tall after the segment.

The New Day come out with stacks of pancakes in the ring, Big E is attempting to eat the most pancakes. This brings out Gable and Benjamin, they make fun of pancakes and say they are waffle guys.

New Day vs. Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable:

This match starts during the commercial break. Benjamin is in control of Kofi and tags in Gable. Gable goes to work on the arm, grounding Kofi. Gable stiffs Kofi with a nice rolling kick to the face for a two count. Quick tags now with Benjamin and Gable, who work over Kofi in the corner. Kofi tries to tag Big E however Gable pulls Big E off the apron. Kofi drops Benjamin and both men tag. Big E suplexes Gable three time and hits a splash. Gable rolls Big E and hits the German suplex, Big E regains control and he and Kofi hit the Midnight Hour for the win.

Winner: New Day

Dolph Ziggler vs. Sami Zayn:

The match starts with Ziggler out wrestling Zayn and Zayn getting to the ropes. Ziggler picks up the pace and hits a neckbreaker and a splash for two. Zayn goes to the outside but comes back in and guillotines Ziggler in the ropes. Zayn drives Ziggler into the corner and hammers away at Ziggler's injured ribs. Ziggler delivers a picturesque dropkick that sends Zayn outside the ring. We come back from the break with Zayn having Ziggler in a chin lock. Ziggler attempts to break the hold however Zayn lands a clothesline. Ziggler counters Zayn with a leaping DDT. Ziggler connects with a fameasser for a two count. Zayn counters Ziggler on the top rope and hits an explorer suplex off the top rope. Zayn connects with many punches then a slingshot into the turnbuckle. Zayn misses the Helluva Kick but kicks out of a Zig Zag. Zayn counters a superkick attempt and throws Ziggler into the ring post. Zayn throws Ziggler into the ring post again and Ziggler reverses a Blue Thunder Bomb into a pin attempt. Zayn sets Ziggler up for a Helluva Kick but Ziggler hits a superkick for the win.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler
