Sting Says Neck Is "OK," Match He Turned Down, Not Retired


TMZ Sports recently caught up with Sting and he told them his “neck is OK” and that he’s not officially retired. You can watch the video embedded below:

TMZreported last week that Sting was calling it a career because doctors decided it was too risky for him to wrestle again. According to their report, Sting was set to make the announcement at the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony over Wrestlemania 32 weekend.

We followed the TMZ coverage with a Premium exclusive, noting that Sting wanted one more match against The Undertaker, however, with that out the window, he didn’t want to take the risk. We’re told a match against Bray Wyatt was pitched but Sting declined.
