WFTV Channel 9 out of Orlando obtained the surveillance footage of the incident and posted it on their website. The footage shows Montalvo, who police thought had a knife, banging on the front door of the facility, yelling at people inside to let him in.

“I want you to train me to become your best, undisputed NXT wrestler of all (expletive) time,” he said.

When Montalvo lunged at police, he was shot. He has since recovered and faces charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and trespassing. His trial is set to begin February 15, 2016.
