Triple H returns for this week's kayfabe weekly sit-down interview with Michael Cole.
In it, Hunter said that Sting is starting to be a problem for him. He said the first time he kind of let it go and said Sting was just trying to make a name for himself. Now, this time is on him.
Triple H said if Sting is trying to make a name for himself by coming at him, it's going to be the last thing he ever does. Triple H said maybe Sting is coming to the top of the pile to make himself relevant. If he does it again, it'll be the last thing he ever does.
Cole talked about Dolph Ziggler, Erick Rowan and Ryback returning to Smackdown this Thursday. Hunter talked about keeping his promise if John Cena won [on Raw] and John Cena won. As a result, they'll be back.
Regarding WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, Cole said he absolutely exploded at the end of Raw. Hunter said he seemed nervous and Brock Lesnar isn't someone that fights for free. Triple H said he's never seen Brock like that and something has gotten under his skin. He doesn't think it's John Cena, Brock has handled that. It's the future Seth Rollins.
Hunter said dinosaurs went extinct because faster, quicker, smarter and eventually they weren't the top of the food chain and then they were gone. Evolution - adapt or perish.
Triple H said the Royal Rumble match puts you on the path of destiny and it doesn't get any bigger than that. You're guaranteed the moment, all you have to do is deliver. He said it could mean more than you ever thought it could.
Cole asked who Triple H believes is going to win the Royal Rumble match on Sunday. Triple H said you can't really tell and you never know until the very end. Hunter stressed every man for himself and that he wouldn't even want to guess.
Triple H said he has seen the future and it's bright indeed.
