Uncertainty Over Smackdown's Proposed Move To Thursday Nights On SyFy (Updated)

SyFy has made a change to their Fall schedule that could indicate WWE Smackdown is not changing nights. The change has to do with "Haven" as it was originally scheduled for the 10/9c timeslot on Thursday nights beginning on September 11th. A new update from the network lists Haven in the 8/7c Thursday night timeslot (which would be the proposed slot of Smackdown with a move). You can view the change at this link.

However, before we start jumping to conclusions, the change has been reflected on the calendar for September 11, 2014 at this link. But if we go to the schedule for Thursday, October 2, 2014, Smackdown is still listed in the 8/7c timeslot with Haven following at 10/9c.

WWE has acknowledged they've considered moving Smackdown back to Thursday nights but have not confirmed a move.

Friday, September 5, 2014 3:28 PM EDT Update: SyFy has officially announced "Haven" is moving to Thursdays at 8/7c at this link. They've also edited mentions of Haven airing in the 10/9c from the show's official page. However, Smackdown is still listed in the 8/7c timeslot on the official schedule for October 2nd but beside it is Friday's date. So the confusion continues. End update.
