We reported here on Wrestling News World that we expected Linda McMahon to have a role in the Donald Trump Administration. The latest rumor is that McMahon could be up for a cabinet position in the Commerce Department.
McMahon, who left WWE to pursue a career in politics, has remained politically active since losing bids to get a seat on the United States Senate as a Republican out of the state of Connecticut in 2010 and 2012. She donated heavily to a Donald Trump Super-Pac and her and Vince remain close with the Trump family.
Trump, a 2013 WWE Hall of Famer, was elected President of the United States earlier this week. He'll be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States next year.
