Ric Flair recently commented on the status of Randy Orton on his Wooo! Nation podcast. In it, he stated Randy Orton would not be available for Wrestlemania 32 as he recovers from shoulder surgery that he underwent in the latter part of 2015.
We reported here on WrestlingNewsWorld.com Premium in mid-December that WWE expected Orton to be available for Wrestlemania 32 but he wasn’t penciled in for a main event match so it wasn’t going to be a big deal if he was unavailable. That was before many of the recent injuries but I assume that’s still the case.
Orton, who will not need neck surgery as once rumored, has spent his time off getting inked.
Wrestlemania 32 will take place Sunday, April 3, 2016 from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. We're not officially ruling Orton out with this development but he can certainly be considered doubtful at this time.
