WWE will hold their second live NXT special with Takeover on Thursday from the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The following matches have been announced for the show.

- Charlotte w/Ric Flair vs. Natalya w/Bret Hart

No. 1 Contender Match for NXT Championship
- Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze

NXT Tag Team Championship Match
- The Ascension vs. El Local & Kalisto

Singles Match
- Adam Rose vs. Camacho

Pre-Show Panel
- Renee Young, Christian, Paul Heyman and Cesaro.
