The show opens with a video package highlighting the main feuds heading into tonight, as well as the 'extreme' theme of tonight's show. A lot of time is spent on AJ Styles vs. Roman Reigns, with a decent amount of time given to the undercard as well.

The pyro hits and Michael Cole welcomes us to the show. There's no time to waste as we head right to the ring and The Uso's make their way out to a surprisingly negative reaction.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are out next, and they get a bit of a mixed, but overall positive, reaction from the fans in attendance.

Tornado Tag Team Match
The Uso's vs. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows

The Uso's attack right away in the aisle, bringing Anderson and Gallows into the ring. Anderson is double teamed with a double elbow drop, then is tossed from the ring. Gallows eats a couple of big flying elbows in the corner before being clotheslined over the top and to the outside. The Uso's head out to the floor and Anderson backdrops one into the crowd. Anderson attacks the other Uso, who's beating up on Gallows, and the two men double team Jimmy. Jey leaps out of the ring, over the top rope, on top of Anderson and Gallows. Jey tosses Anderson back into the ring and hits a huge crossbody, but it's not enough for three. Gallows stands on the outside and stops Jay cold, shouldering him, and allowing Anderson to boot Jey face first into the barricade.

Anderson and Gallows bring things back into the ring for a quick near fall. Gallows beats on Jey in the corner before Anderson charges in with a huge boot and Gallows leaps back in with a splash. Jimmy is knocked off the apron as Anderson gets another near fall. Gallows shoulders Jey in electric chair position and Anderson heads to the top, but is knocked down by Jimmy. Jey rolls up Gallows for a two count. Anderson pulls Jimmy out of the ring and Jey goes for the save, but Gallows grabs his leg and Anderson scores with a knee to the side of the head.Anderson picks up Jey and launches him into a big boot from Gallows, but it's still only enough for two.

Anderson and Gallows set up for the boot of doom, but Anderson is pulled to the outside by Jimmy, and the Uso's hit a dual superkick on Gallows. Both Uso's head to the top, and Anderson pushes Jey off the top. Jimmy goes for a corkscrew plancha on Gallows, but Gallows moves out of the way, lets him fall, and the picks up and plants Jimmy. Anderson scores with a spinebuster on Jimmy, but it's still not enough for three.

Anderson heads out to the floor after Jey, taunting him. Anderson backs up and runs right into a big superkick from Jey. Jey backs up himself, then launches in with a hip thrust to the face while Anderson is propped against the barricade. Jey turns around into a huge clothesline before being dumpedout into the crowd. Gallows yells at Anderson to get up. Gallows goes for the ring bell, grabbing it and bringing it into the ring. Gallows winds up, but walks into a superkick from Jimmy. Jimmy heads up to the top rope, and leaps off to find nothing as Luke moves and Jimmy connects with the bell. Anderson and Gallows execute a double team corkscrew suplex, and it's finally enough to put the Uso's down for the count.

Winners: Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson

Anderson and Gallows talk trash while the Uso's are helped out of the arena.

Cole and the announcers talk for a bit about Rusev attacking Kalisto last Monday on Raw, putting Kalisto in the accolade and wearing him down. Cole also quotes WWE doctors, saying Kalisto had strained muscles in his back. Back in the ring, Lana is introduced. She tells America to stand up, put their hands on their heart, and welcome the next United States Champion, the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev.

Kalisto is out next, and he doesn't look to be hurting too much as he runs toward the ring and flips up over the top rope.

WWE United States Championship Match
Kalisto vs. Rusev

The bell rings and Kalisto tries to kick at Rusev's legs. Kalisto avoids a slam, and a kick from Rusev, he even avoids another body slam, but going for a corkscrew press, he's punched away by Rusev. Rusev stomps on Kalisto repeatedly before whipping him into the corner hard. Rusev stands Kalisto up and kicks him in the side of the head. Rusev stomps on Kalisto again before dropping a big elbow and getting a one count. Rusev sends Kalisto into the ropes, and Kalisto responds with a kick to the knee, but is then knocked out with a huge clothesline for a two count.

Rusev picks Kalisto up and locks him in a bear hug. Kalisto falls to the mat and Rusev stays on top with the hold locked in. Kalisto struggles to the ropes until Rusev eventually breaks the hold and drops a knee across the back. Rusev shoulders Kalisto in the torture rack, wrenching away. Kalisto fights out of the hold and transitions into a sleeper. Rusev is able to fall to his back and break the hold by squashing Kalisto on the mat.

Rusev sends Kalisto into the corner, but then eats a big boot and a flying tornado DDT from the luchador. Kalisto goes back to work with kicks to the leg, but Rusev catches him when he goes for a press. Kalisto lands on his feet, scores with the corkscrew press, and manages to score with a nasty headscissors, planting Rusev's face in the mat for two. Kalisto springboards over Rusev, then catches him with a low bridge to the floor before hitting a hurricanrana that sends Rusev crashing face first into the ring steps. Kalisto sends Rusev back into the ring and hits a springboard frog splash, but it's only enough for two.

Kalisto tries for salida del sol, but Rusev pushes him away and bails to the floor. Kalisto heads to the apron and hits a moonsault out of the corner to the floor. Kalisto sends things right back into the ring and he heads up to the top rope. Rusev catches Kalisto on top and body slams him out to the apron.

The ref checks in on Kalisto and the doctor comes over to look at him. Rusev pulls Kalisto back into the ring and he turns him on his stomach. The ref immediately backs Rusev away, but Rusev continues, stomping Kalisto in the back, then clamping on the accolade. Kalisto is forced to tap.

Winner and NEW WWE United States Champion: Rusev

Rusev celebrates with his title and Lana on the way to the back. Kalisto continues to recover in the ring, being checked on by the doctor and ref.

After an ad for the upcoming 'tell-all' interview with Shane McMahon, and a quick look at the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, we're finally back in the arena.

New Day are the first team to make their way to the ring for the next match. Big E is carrying hoe's and Xavier's got Francesca. We get a recap of New Day's segment from Monday, interrupted by the Vaudvillains.

New Day have mics in hand of course. Kofi says so much for the morals and values of a bygone era. Woods says the Vaudvillains destroyed his time machine. Big E says clearly it was an empty refrigerator box, but Woods corrects him that it was a time machine. Woods says in his time of need, if any ladies want to send him pictures, or videos with sound, it would be greatly appreciated. Kofi says Woods is going to take his shot, but they're going to focus on their match tonight. Big E has two tools on his shoulder, one is Aiden English, and one is Simon Gotch. Big E says because they're in the Garden state, they're about to put a couple of hoe's in the ground. And Woods says tonight they'll leave the arena the WWE World Tag Team Champions. Because New Day rocks!

The Vaudvillains are out next, and English and Gotch don't get a very welcoming reaction from the crowd.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
New Day vs. The Vaudvillains

The bell rings and Woods clotheslines English right away. Woods ducks a couple of clotheslines and scores with a hurricanrana, then a hadouken! Woods is sent to the apron and is distracted by Gotch, allowing English to send him crashing to the floor. Gotch tags in and attacks Woods on the floor before bringing things back into the ring with a series of knees to the face. Gotch scores with a uppercut, then tags in English for a big of double teaming. English buries his knee in Woods' back before driving one into his face. English clamps on a rear chin lock and goes to work, but Woods fights right out of it, eating an immediate back elbow.

Gotch tags into the match and goes for a modified rear chin lock. Woods is able to fight out of the hold, but he can't make the tag as Gotch goes for a belly to back suplex. Woods lands on his feet and hits an enzugiri, and both men are down. Both crawl toward their corners and make the tag. Big E launches English with a belly to belly, then another. He scores with one on Gotch, then plants English once more. Big E hits the ropes and lands on English with a giant splash. Big E waits for English to stand, then runs into a series of back elbows. Big E sends English to the apron and he tries for a spear through the ropes, but English gets his knee up in Big E's face. English hits a DDT, but it's only enough for a two count.

Big E shoulders English and tags in Woods. Gotch pushes Big E into the ropes, causing Woods to fall. Gotch sends Big E into the ring steps on the floor The Vaudvillains connect with the whirling dervish on Woods, but Woods is still able to kick out at two. English runs in toward Woods in the corner, but Woods avoids it. English tries to suplex Woods to the outside, but Woods blocks it. Big E spears English to the floor, Kofi hits Gotch from behind, causing the distraction and allowing Woods to hit the shining wizard for the three count.

Winners and STILL WWE Tag Team Champions: New Day

AJ Styles is shown walking backstage and Renee Young asks him how much Anderson and Gallows will be involved tonight. AJ says lets talk about tonight. No matter what happens, he will walk out WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and he'll continue to be phenomenal. AJ walks into the dressing room marked 'The Club'.

Up next we get a look at the WWE Intercontinental Championship Fatal Four Way match with a video package that shows how Miz, Owens, Zayn and Cesaro ended up sharing the ring tonight.

Kevin Owens is the first man to make his way out for the match, getting a little bit of a pop from a crowd that's been a little on the dead side this evening.

Cesaro is out next, and the Swiss Superman gets fairly decent reaction on his way down the aisle.

Sami Zayn is the third man to the ring, and Zayn seems to have the crowd a bit stirred up, singing along with his song.

The Miz is the final man out for the match, and of course his welcome is not very warm as he makes his way out with Maryse.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Miz vs. Kevin Owens vs. Cesaro vs. Sami Zayn

The bell rings and Zayn launches into Owens with a helluva kick that sends Owens out to the floor. Cesaro wipes out Miz with a huge uppercut, and it's down to Sami and Cesaro. Sami takes over Cesaro with an arm drag, then another. Cesaro kips up to his feet, sending Sami over with an arm drag of his own. Sami leaps over Cesaro and sends him flying with a hurricanrana. Sami clamps on a head lock, but Cesaro works up to his feet and out of the hold. Sami leaps up, but he's brought down with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker that's good for a two count. Cesaro sends Sami into the ropes, and Sami leaps over again, low bridging Cesaro and sending him to the floor. Miz is in from behind and he tries for suplex Sami, but Sami lands on his feet and sends him crashing to the outside. Sami leaps over the top rope and wipes out Cesaro and Miz.

Sami sends Miz back into the ring for a quick near fall. Miz begs off, but then sends Sami crashing into the bottom turnbuckle. Miz stomps away at Sami repeatedly. Miz hits his corner clothesline on Zayn, then heads up to the top rope. Miz is stopped by Sami, who heads up after him. Sami tries for a superplex, but Cesaro breaks it up, then attempts a powerbomb. Owens comes in and takes everyone out, launching Cesaro into the ring post before punching Sami in the face repeatedly. Owens takes Sami down with a short-arm clothesline, then kicks him square in the spine.

Owens stomps on Sami's face, then picks him up to his feet, blasting him with a right hand and big chop. Owens hits a big senton on Zayn that's good for two. Owens sends Miz crashing off the apron and into the barricade before he tosses Zayn into Cesaro to knock Cesaro from the ring. Owens shoulders Zayn, but Sami fights out of it. Sami tries for the Blue Thunder Bomb, but Owens fights it off. Sami runs the ropes, but Owens knocks his leg out and Sami crotches himself on the top rope. Owens heads up to the top rope, but he's stopped by Miz out of nowhere. Miz goes for a superplex, but Owens fights Miz off. Sami pops up and he goes for a superplex, but Owens blocks it and sends Zayn crashing to the mat. Miz is back in and he attacks, this time working with Zayn, and the two men are caught from below by Cesaro who powerbombs both men while they superplex Owens. Cesaro goes for the pin on Zayn and Miz, but neither stays down.

Cesaro picks up Sami for a suplex, but Sami fights out of it and scores with the blue thunder bomb. Miz kicks Sami in the face and goes for the cover on Cesaro, but gets two. He goes for the cover on Sami, but gets two again. Miz rips at Sami's face, then sends him into the corner. Miz runs into an elbow to the nose from Sami, but he responds with an exploder, while Cesaro executes a German suplex on Miz at the same time.

All four men are in the ring and Cesaro hits uppercuts from corner to corner on all three of his opponents. Cesaro looks to be bleeding from the forehead. He teases the big swing on Miz, but he's caught from behind by a German from Owens. Owens clotheslines Miz in the corner before hitting cannonballs on Cesaro, Miz and then Zayn.

Owens tries for the pop up powerbomb on Zayn, but Zayn fights it off and hits a nasty suplex dumping Owens on his head. Cesaro hits the pop up uppercut on Zayn, but Miz hits SCF out of nowhere on Cesaro. It's only good enough for two!

Miz slaps Cesaro across the face, and Cesaro comes back with one of his own before hitting a springboard corkscrew uppercut. Cesaro picks himself up and waits for Miz to stand, picking him up and turning him round with the giant swing. Cesaro gets 20 revolutions in before clamping on the sharpshooter. Miz makes it to the ropes, but then grabs on to Maryse. Miz drags Maryse into the ring and Miz taps but the ref is distracted. Cesaro thinks he's won so he breaks the hold. He's rolled up by Owens for two. Cesaro tosses Owens from the ring. Cesaro fights out of SCF, and Owens hits a frog splash on Miz out of nowhere. Cesaro hits the neutralizer on Owens, but Zayn breaks up the pin!

Sami makes his way up to his feet first and he picks up Cesaro. Sami avoids an uppercut and backslides Cesaro for a two count. Sami scores with an awesome sunset flip bomb out of nowhere for another two count. The crowd is loving this match as Sami waits for Cesaro to stand. Sami runs right into a gigantic uppercut from Cesaro. Sami recovers and hits an exploder, sending Cesaro into the corner. Sami walks right into a superkick from Owens, and Owens hits the pop-up powerbomb on Cesaro. Miz pulls Owens to the outside and connects with the SCF on the floor. Miz makes it back into the ring and pins Cesaro but only gets two.

Miz and Cesaro are both slow to get to their feet. Miz charges into the corner and is backdropped to the outside. Zayn hits the helluva kick on Cesaro and goes for the pin, but Owens pulls him to the floor. Zayn goes berserk, attacking Owens and sending him crashing into barricades. Miz sneaks in and pins Cesaro for the three count.

Winner and STILL WWE Intercontinental Champion: Miz

We check in with the Extreme Rules pre-show panel including Cory Graves, Booker T, Jerry Lawler, and Renee Young. Graves says that fatal four way was the kind of thing that inspires people to be wrestlers, and he gives hats off to the Miz. Lawler says that he loves that the Mexican mosquito finally got swatted, and he wants to know what dating site Rusev used to meet Lana. Booker T talks up New Day for stopping the Vaudvillains. Renee recaps the Dudley's being confronted earlier tonight by Big Cass, who was able to fight off both Bubba and D-Von. She also quickly recaps Baron Corbin defeating Dolph Ziggler in an Anything Goes match.

We get a video package that highlights some of the recent history between Chris Jericho and Dean Ambrose, leading up to tonight's Asylum match.

The cage lowers from the ceiling with an interesting assortment of 'weapons' hanging from above. It really is a pretty ridiculous grouping of mostly non-traditional wrestling weapons. Chris Jericho is the first man out to the ring, and Jericho is wearing jeans, and a scarf, looking very goofy.

Dean Ambrose is out next, and he gets one of the best reactions of the night so far.

Asylum Match
Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho

The bell rings and the door is locked. Ambrose waits for Jericho to come to him, then kicks him in the gut and punches away in the corner. Jericho calls for the door to be opened, but it doesn't work and Ambrose shoves his face into the cage wall before dragging it back and forth. Ambrose hits a short-arm clothesline, then hits a short right hand. Jericho hits a back elbow, knocking Ambrose away. Jericho heads to the top of the cage but Ambrose pulls him down, then hits a running body press to take Jericho down. Ambrose rams Jericho face first into the cage wall, then launches him in hard. Ambrose climbs up the cage, but Jericho grabs him and pulls him down. Jericho heads up, but Ambrose stops him. The two men fights on the top rope and Jericho grabs a mop. Ambrose takes the mop from Jericho and whacks him across the head, then pokes him in the ear. Ambrose uses the mop to clothesline Jericho before hitting him across the back.

Ambrose wipes the mop in Jericho's face, then across his back. Ambrose sends Jericho into the corner, then runs into a big boot from Jericho, followed by a missile dropkick. Jericho grabs the mop and whacks Ambrose in the face. Jericho points at the 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire and begins to climb. Ambrose attacks Jericho from behind and hits a belly to back superplex.

Ambrose and Jericho both go up. Jericho grabs the 2x4, and Ambrose grabs nunchucks. Jericho taunts Ambrose with his weapon, then Ambrose swings the nunchucks, showing he can use them. Ambrose ducks the 2x4, then hits Jericho with some repeated nunchuck shots to Jericho's head and body. Ambrose sends Jericho into the corner and Jericho begins climbing, trying to escape. Ambrose drags Jericho back up and both men straddle the cage. Jericho grabs a kendo stick and whacks Dean across the back, sending him crashing back into the ring. Jericho gloats for the crowd before heading back down into the ring. Jericho leaps off the top rope with the kendo stick and whacks Ambrose again.

Jericho grabs the nunchucks and smacks Ambrose in the back a couple of times for good measure. Jericho kicks Ambrose in the back, then he heads to the top to grab a leather strap. Jericho wraps the rope around his hand and whips Ambrose a couple of times across the back. Jericho heads to the middle rope and goes to whack Ambrose, but he catches the strap and launches Y2J across the ring. Ambrose grabs the leather strap and whips Jericho, bringing out screams from Y2J. Jericho sends Ambrose crashing into the cage wall, then he begins climbing the cage again. Ambrose brings Jericho back to the top rope and the two slug it out before Ambrose jumps and causes Jericho to crotch himself.

Ambrose grabs the fire extinguisher from the top and brings it back down into the ring. Jericho tries to climb the cage wall, but Ambrose stops him. Jericho is able to get his hand on the straight jacket and bring it down with him. Jericho throws the straight jacket in Ambrose's face, then hits an enzugiri for a two count. Jericho hits Ambrose with a couple of right hands before launching him into the cage wall, and following with a springboard missile dropkick.

Jericho tries to put Ambrose in the straight jacket, but Ambrose is able to fight him off. Ambrose scores with a series of chops and rights, then takes Jericho out with a running forearm, then another. Ambrose hits a running forearm in the corner, misses with the bulldog, but responds with a nice lariat for two. Ambrose scales the cage, but is pulled down by Jericho. Jericho hits a butterfly backbreaker, but it's only enough for two. Jericho sends Ambrose into the corner, but Ambrose fights back, hitting the running bulldog. Ambrose heads up to the top rope, but he's stopped by Jericho. Ambrose fights off Jericho, pushing him to the mat. Ambrose waits for Jericho to stand, heading up to the top of the cage in the meantime. Ambrose leaps off the top of the cage with a giant elbow drop.

Ambrose drapes an arm over Jericho, but Jericho is still able to kick out at two. Ambrose climbs up the side of the cage and grabs the bucket hanging from the ceiling. Ambrose climbs back down into the ring and takes off the top of the bucket, exposing a bag full of thumbtacks. Jericho looks like he's seen a ghost and he immediately begins climbing. Ambrose brings Jericho down in electric chair position, but Jericho transitions into a roll up for two. Ambrose scoops Jericho, but Jericho fights out. Jericho teases a piledriver, and Ambrose teases an Alabama slam into the tacks, but Jericho fights out. Jericho tries for the walls of Jericho, but Ambrose avoids it. Jericho sends Ambrose crashing into the cage wall, but he eats Ambrose's knees when he tries for the lionsault. Ambrose tries for dirty deeds, but Jericho counters out of it and goes right into the walls of Jericho.

Ambrose walks on his hands over to the kendo stick, then he uses it to crack Jericho across the back to break the hold. Ambrose catches Jericho with a big boot to the face, and he climbs up to the top rope. Ambrose leaps off into a fire extinguisher blast to the face. Jericho hits the codebreaker, but Ambrose is still able to kick out.

Jericho goes back to the 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire, and he hits Ambrose in the midsection. Jericho winds up and hits Ambrose across the back. He hits Ambrose in the gut again, and he screams at Ambrose to get up. Jericho tries for a codebreaker, but Ambrose stops him, and dumps him into the pile of tacks.

Ambrose hits dirty deeds into the tacks, and he gets the three count.

Winner: Dean Ambrose

Jericho has tacks all in his elbow, back, forearms, and palms. Jericho screams at the ref while the ref picks out tacks from Jericho's back.

Noelle Foley and her family are shown in the crowd briefly before Cole begins hyping up the Cruiserweight Classic, taking place on the WWE Network. He kind of glosses over it quickly as we head right into a video package highlighting the history between Natalya and Charlotte, beginning at the last Championship match at Payback last month.

Natalya is the first woman to make her way out to the ring, and she gets a smattering of cheers on her way to the ring.

Charlotte is out next, and the Champion does not get the warmest reaction on her way to the ring.

WWE Women's Championship Submission Match
Charlotte vs. Natalya

The bell rings and we get a lockup where Charlotte backs Natalya into the corner and shoves back. Natalya scores with a trio of headlock takedowns, dizzying Charlotte. Natalya tries for the sharpshooter, but Charlotte fights it off. Natalya works on the legs, taunting Charlotte, but Charlotte turns things around. Natalya fights up to her feet and out of the hold with a snap mare. Natalya ducks a clothesline and seats Charlotte on the mat hard before hitting a low dropkick to Charlotte's face. Natalya goes for the surfboard, hoisting Charlotte up in the air.

Charlotte fights out of the hold and eats a couple of big right hands from Natalya. Charlotte comes back with a right of her own, but takes a discus clothesline from Natalya right away. Both women head out to the floor and Charlotte hits Natalya with a series of huge chops to the chest. Natalya sends Charlotte crashing into the steel post shoulder first. Natalya backs Charlotte into the corner back into the ring and beats on her before taking a big boot to the face from Charlotte. Charlotte kicks the back of Natalya's leg and tries for the figure eight. Natalya reverses things into an arm bar, but Charlotte turns things around, picking Natalya up and slamming her down in a sit-out powerbomb.

Charlotte knees Natalya in the back and side of the leg before tying up her legs and rolling over into a submission. Natalya crawls toward the ropes, grabbing on to force a break. Charlotte stomps on Natalya's chest before hitting a quick suplex into the ropes. Charlotte steps over Natalya and heads to the top rope, leaping off with a moonsault. Charlotte goes right into a half crab, but Natalya refuses to quit. Natalya gets out of the hold and launches Charlotte with a German suplex. Natalya steps over into the sharpshooter in the middle of the ring. Charlotte makes it to the ropes and forces a break, but Natalya drags Charlotte back into the middle of the ring. Ric Flair's music hits, and Dana Brook comes out dressed as Ric Flair to distract Natalya. This allows Charlotte to go for the figure eight. Natalya counters and kicks her to the outside. Natalya focuses on Dana and this allows Charlotte to attack from behind. Charlotte locks in the figure eight, and Natalya is forced to tap out.

Winner and STILL WWE Women's Champion: Natalya

Charlotte and Dana celebrate in the ring while Ric makes his way from the back. Natalya looks dejected as she makes her way to the back.

Up next is the main event of the evening. We get a video package showcasing the history between Roman Reigns and AJ Styles. Cole asks the question if we'll see involvement from The Club in this match tonight.

AJ Styles is the first man to make his way to the ring, and the Phenomenal One gets a great reaction from the crowd.

Roman Reigns is out next and the boos started before his music even hit. There are quite a few cheers too, but overwhelming boos throughout the arena.

After formal ring introductions, we're ready to kick off the main event.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match
Roman Reigns vs. AJ Styles

The bell rings and both men go at it right away, backing each other across the ring. Roman tosses Styles into the corner, and Styles tells Roman to bring it on. Styles goes behind, but Roman knocks him away with a back elbow. Styles goes for the leg, ducks a back elbow, and blasts Roman with a right hand. Lots of 'you can't wrestle' chants. Roman sends AJ into the corner, but AJ turns things around with punches and kicks. Reigns shoves Styles away and hits him with a series of clotheslines in the corner. Reigns misses with a right and Styles responds with repeated forearms. Reigns responds with a high knee to the face that sends Styles out to the floor.

Styles grabs a chair and walks into a right hand from Roman. Reigns tosses AJ back into the ring, then he grabs the chair and smacks it against the apron before bringing it into the ring. Reigns tries to hit Styles, but Styles avoids it. Styles tries to pull Reigns to the floor, but Roman kicks him away. Reigns swings for AJ again but misses and connects with the stairs. Styles slams Reigns' face into the Spanish announcer's table before taking apart the announcer's table. AJ clotheslines Roman over the barricade and into the crowd. Styles kicks Roman in the chest and hits him with a right hand. Roman fights back, slamming Styles into a barricade and whipping him into a wall. Styles sneaks a shot with a chair into Roman's gut and he fights back, taking him into the pre-show panel area. Styles slams Roman's face into the table, and Reigns responds by hip tossing Styles on top of the table.

Styles kicks Roman in the back of the head, the leaps off the table with a flying forearm to Reigns' face. Styles takes Reigns and tosses him into the barricade, then hits a forearm. Reigns responds with a couple of forearms of his own, then a head butt, fighting back toward the timekeeper's area. Styles slams Roman's face into the ring post. Styles takes off the padding around the barricade and slams Reigns' face into the exposed steel. Styles also peels back the mat on the floor, exposing the concrete. Styles calls for the Styles clash, but Reigns fights out of it. Reigns slams AJ's face into the ring steps. Reigns rips apart the German announcer's table, then he picks AJ up for a powerbomb. AJ fights out with a series of right hands. AJ lands on the German announcer's table and he picks Roman up with him. Styles calls for the Styles clash, but instead Reigns fights out and Styles falls on top of the barricade.

Styles charges Reigns and is back body dropped on top of the announcer's table, which absolutely implodes underneath him. The crowd is chanting 'you still suck' at Roman.

Roman goes for the pin in the ring, but only gets a two count. Roman picks up AJ and launches him with a sort-of sit out razor's edge. Roman still can't hold AJ down for a three count. Styles pulls himself up in the corner, and ducks a Superman punch, taking out Reigns' knee with a shoulder tackle. AJ ends up backed into the corner, but he stops Reigns with a knee to the face before suplexing Reigns into the corner.

Styles runs in with a huge knee to Roman's face before he tries for a hurricanrana from the apron. Reigns catches Styles and slams him into the LED board on the apron, then the barricade, then he powerbombs him through the Spanish announcer's table.

Reigns pulls away the table pieces on the floor and he goes for the spear. Styles avoids it and Roman puts himself through the barricade and into the timekeeper's area.

Styles drags Roman back toward the ring, tossing him inside. Styles pulls himself up on the apron and tries for the Phenomenal forearm, but Reigns stops him with the Superman punch. Styles crashes and burns to the floor.

Reigns heads out to the floor after AJ. Reigns runs around the ring and delivers a spear to Styles on the floor, and both men are laid out. Reings makes it up to his feet first, grabbing Styles and pushing him back into the ring. The Club make their way from the back and Anderson and Gallow attack right away, connecting with the boot of doom. They drag Styles on top of Reigns, but Reigns still kicks out at two.

Anderson and Gallows grab chairs, and the Uso's run down. The Uso's superkick Anderson, Gallows and Styles before hitting a frog splash on Styles. They roll Roman over into a pin, but Styles still kicks out at two. The Club and the Uso's fight on the outside. Reigns delivers Superman punches to both Gallows and Anderson. Roman sets up in the corner and runs right into a boot to the face. Styles connects with the Styles clash, but Reigns kicks out at two.

Styles picks up the chair and tosses it back to the mat. Styles grabs Reigns again and tries for another Styles clash, but Reigns fights it off and backdrops Styles on the chair. Reigns sets up in the corner and runs right into the Pele kick from Styles. Styles connects with the Styles clash on the chair, but one of the Uso's pull AJ out of the ring. Styles kicks him away and goes right for the pin, but Roman kicks out at two.

Styles grabs the chair and whacks Reigns in the back, then he hits both of the Uso's going crazy on all three men. Styles tosses the chair out of the ring, and he pulls his elbow pad off. Styles heads to the apron and he goes for the phenomenal forearm, leaping off the ropes and right into a spear. Reigns gets the three count and retains.

Winner and STILL WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Roman Reigns

Reigns holds the title up following the match, and Seth Rollins is in out of nowhere with a pedigree to Reigns. Rollins gets a huge ovation from the crowd. Rollins grabs the title and looks at it. Rollins holds the title up and gets a giant reaction from the fans. The show closes with Rollins holding the title over Reigns' body.
