Stephanie McMahon and George Barrios presented at the 17th Annual Needham Growth Conference in New York City on Tuesday. Several points of the core WWE business model were explored, including the company’s new growth model.
In 2015 and beyond, the plan is to grow the WWE Network global subscription model, focus on global TV distribution and monetize digital and social media.
WWE has successfully renovated TV agreements in the US, UK, India, Canada, Mexico, Thailand and the UAE.
The company plans to communicate the launch of the WWE Network in Italy, UAE, Germany, Japan, India, China, Thailand and Malaysia.
