Michael Cole welcomes us from Albany to WWE Main Event, brought to you by K-Mart. Stardust's music hits and out he comes, wearing his championship belt around his waist. JBL is joining Michael Cole on commentary, who notes that Byron Saxton is out this week. Jey Uso comes out next. Neither Stardust nor Jey are accompanied by their partner at ringside.
Stardust vs. Jey Uso
Jey tosses his bandana to the crowd, and Stardust takes advantage with a cheap shot. Jey takes offense, clotheslining Stardust over the top rope. He follows with a plancha over the top rope and tosses Stardust back into the ring. Jey hits a number of chops to the chest and Stardust begs him to stop. Stardust rolls out of the ring and Jey tries to stop him, but Stardust lands a blow on him. Stardust reenters the ring and takes Jey down. Stardust shows off the stars on his gloves to heat from the crowd. Stardust puts Jey in a hammerlock and applies a modified headlock as Jey fights to his feet. Jey goes for a kick to Stardust's head, but he ducks. Jey scoots to the corner and Stardust stomps him. Back to the center of the ring, Stardust and Jey trade strikes. Stardust sends Jey into the corner and goes for a rebound bulldog, but Jey tosses him forward, and Stardust crashes and burns. Stardust gets back in control, ripping Jey's shirt off and keeping him down with a number of stomps. Jey reverses an Irish whip into the corner, goes to the top rope, and hits a diving cross body for a two-count. Back to their feet, Stardust drops to his back and hits a kick to Jey's face. Stardust stands over Jey, grabs his hair, and lands an elbow on Jey's face and a forearm to his kidneys. Loud Uso chants for Jey. Stardust runs Jey into the ropes, but Jey holds on. Stardust rolls up to his feet and eats a superkick from Jey. Jey rolls a stunned Stardust up for a three-count.
Winner: Jey Uso
Michael Cole announces that Bray Wyatt will be in action tonight as we head to commercial.
Backstage, Natalya approaches Tyson Kidd, who seems to be preparing for action. She says that Tyson means so much to her. He defeated Sheamus on Raw, which is huge. She wasn't trying to get in the way, and what she's trying to say is that she loves him. She tells him good luck, and he gives a curt "thank you" before walking off. Natalya notes that he had his headphones on the whole time.
Justin Gabriel is already in the ring awaiting his opponent. Curtis Axel's music hits and Michael Cole and JBL discuss Axel's return to the ring. They say Axel says he's back and better than ever.
Curtis Axel vs. Justin Gabriel
They lock up and Gabriel takes control with a rear waistlock. Both men get to their feet and Gabriel hits a kick to Axel's thigh. Axel shouts "Who do you think you're in the ring with, you piece of crap?" Back in the center of the ring, they trade waistlocks, and Gabriel hits a few more kicks to his thighs. Axel retaliates with some chest chops and a big clothesline. He drops forearms on Gabriel's face and brings him to his feet. He sends Gabriel to the ropes and hits a standing dropkick for a two-count. Axel lands a snap mare and applies a side headlock before Gabriel pushes him into the corner. The referee breaks the hold and they trade strikes in the corner. Gabriel charges Axel, who sends him over the top rope. Gabriel lands on the apron and lands a flying strike on Axel for a two-count. Gabriel keeps Axel grounded with a number of kicks to Axel's torso. Axel gets to his feet and they go both hit shoulder blocks in unison, sending both men reeling. Back to their feet, Gabriel hits a cross body that sends both men over the top rope. The referee begins the count. At 3, Gabriel attempts to get back in. Axel pulls him out and gets into the ring first. Gabriel gets in and Axel tries a quick pin, but Gabriel kicks out. Axel backs Gabriel into the corner and lands a number of strikes. Gabriel goes for a springboard maneuver, but Axel tosses Gabriel over the top rope. Gabriel takes a hard fall to the outside. Axel immediately follows him to the outside, sends him back into the ring, and lands a running knee strike to the top of Gabriel's head for a three-count.

Michael Cole says we're in for a treat, as Tyson Kidd will be facing NXT Superstar Sami Zayn up next. A promo package airs hyping Zayn, in which he talks about how hard he's worked to get where he is.
Tyson Kidd comes out holding hands with Natalya. Tyson's wearing his trademark headphones and sporting a jacket with a large drawing of a cat on the back. Michael Cole & JBL discuss the couple's recent marital issues on Total Divas. Sami Zayn comes out next and the camera cuts to some excited members of the WWE Universe.
Tyson Kidd vs. Sami Zayn
"Ole" chants are immediately loud as Sami gives a nod to the crowd. They lock up and Tyson lands a quick takedown before loudly gloating to the crowd. Zayn smiles and shakes his head in the corner. Tyson grounds Zayn with a side headlock. Zayn fights to his feet and whips Tyson, landing an arm drag. Tyson tells the referee to back Zayn up. They lock up again and Zayn and applies a rear waistlock, whic Tyson counters into an arm wrench. There are loud "Sami's better!" chants from the audience. Sami lands three consecutive arm drags and a kick for a two-count. Sami applies a rear chinlock. Tyson pushes Sami into the corner and the referee starts the five-count. Tyson lands a punch in the corner and whips Zayn into the corner. Zayn tries to leap frog over Tyson, but Tyson grabs his feet, tosses him to the apron, and lands a big front dropkick to Zayn's face, sending him off the apron. Tyson follows him outside the ring and hits a neckbreaker at ringside. He tosses Zayn into the ring and asks Natalya for a kiss on the cheek, which she does reluctantly. Tyson rolls back into the ring and pummels Zayn with strikes in the corner. He puts Zayn in the tree of woe and hits knee strikes until the referee breaks it up. Tyson moves to the opposite corner and hits a running dropkick to Sami's face. Tyson postures for the crowd as we go to commercial.
Back from commercial, Tyson is in control with a rear chinlock. Zayn backs him into the corner, but Tyson runs out of the corner, landing a forearm to Zayn's head. Tyson hits some grounded strikes before getting Zayn to his feet. He whips Zayn and lands a back forearm, goes for a quick pin, and applies a side headlock. Tyson taunts Zayn as he fights to his feet. The crowd is firmly behind Zayn as he fights out. Tyson hits a quick kick to Zayn's solar plexus, but Zayn fights back with two clotheslines. He sends Tyson into the corner and charges, but Tyson lands a boot to the face. Tyson goes to the top rope and hits a flying neckbreaker from the top rope for a close two-count. Tyson chokes Zayn on the bottom rope before landing a leg drop on the back of his neck. Tyson lands a springboard elbow on Zayn for another two-count. Tyson goes for multiple pins, getting frustrated as Zayn continues to kick out. "Let's go Sami" chants as Zayn crawls to the corner. Zayn gets up on the top rope and hits a cross body for a two count. Zayn looks like he's getting fired up as he gets Tyson up for a back suplex. Tyson blocks it, but Sami pulls him back in for a blue thunder bomb for another close two-count. Tyson rolls out to the apron. Zayn attempts to suplex Tyson back into the ring, but Tyson counters with an attempt of his own. They trade suplex attempts until Tyson hits a shoulder to Zayn's gut and a modified sunset flip. Zayn reverses the pin attempt, and Tyson reverses the reversal into a roll-up of his own. It's clear that Tyson has a handful of tights as he gets a quick three-count.

Tyson quickly rolls out of the ring and walks up the ramp with Natalya as Michael Cole and JBL discuss the legitimacy of the referee's call. Zayn looks disappointed in the ring as Cole sends us to commercial.
The "A New Day" promo for Xavier woods airs. Back at the announce table, Michael Cole & JBL introduce a Raw Rebound detailing the return of Vince McMahon. Vince's stipulation: "If Team Authority loses, the Authority will no longer be in power" is shown, as well as the dissension between Randy Orton and Seth Rollins, ending with the two curb stomps delivered to Orton. Back at the announce table, Cole calls it a "disturbing scene." He says he has a medical update on Orton from WWE's doctors, who say he has "symptoms of a concussion" and "some facial contusions." He is not cleared to compete, and his return schedule has not yet been determined, so it seems as if he will not be a part of Team Authority. It is announced that John Cena returns to Raw next week. In addition, Bray Wyatt will be in action next.
Sin Cara's music hits and he springs into the ring. Out next is Bray Wyatt, lantern in hand. The arena is lit up with cell phones in the audience. Wyatt blows out his lantern, sits in his chair for a moment, then gets up and starts yelling at Sin Cara. He then joins him in the ring.
Bray Wyatt vs. Sin Cara
Bray laughs at Sin Cara and they lock up. Bray throws Sin Cara into the corner and hits a number of strikes and a headbutt. He whips Sin Cara, who attempts a sunset flip, but Bray ducks it and drops him with an uppercut. Bray lands another strike and sends Sin Cara into the corner headfirst. Another Irish whip, which Sin Cara counters. Bray charges him and Sin Cara pulls the top rope down, sending Bray tumbling to the outside. Sin Cara splashes onto Bray and sends him back into the ring. Bray quickly takes control back into the ring with a running cross body. Bray taunts Sin Cara, shouting "Who is in control?" Bray puts Sin Cara in the corner, runs across the ring, and hits a big splash. Bray then applies a rear chinlock in the center of the ring. Sin Cara tries to fight to his feet, and eventually does. Bray sends him to the ropes, but Sin Cara reverses with a springboard elbow. Sin Cara goes out to the apron and Bray charges, but Sin Cara dodges and hits his signature kick to Bray's face, sending him reeling. Sin Cara goes to the top rope and attempts a moonsault, but misses and rolls out of it onto his feet. He runs into Bray, who drops him with a uranage. Bray is getting fired up as he does his upside-down corner taunt into his spider walk. He walks over to Sin Cara, flips over, and lands Sister Abigail for the win.
