Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring in regular clothes to kick off this week's NXT. Rich Brennan and Corey Graves are on commentary. Zayn says it's good to be back and thank you. He was away overseas in Abu Dhabi. He had a lot of time to think. The timing was interesting, leaving a lot of questions and concerns. The tour should've been great, but the only thing on his mind was Kevin Owens. The Kevin Owens he was in the ring with at Takeover was not the Kevin Owens he was in the ring with two or ten years ago. Zayn saw something in his eyes he's never seen before. Zayn says he has a plan. He's going to use his rematch and recapture his NXT Championship. Number one on the priority list, though, is to kick Kevin Owens' ass!

Tonight, Lucha Dragons face Blake and Murphy. Bayley faces Emma.

Rhyno makes his way to the ring.

Rhyno vs. Jobber

Rhyno spears his opponent into the corner and throws him across the ring with a hip toss. Rhyno hits the Gore for the win.

Winner: Rhyno - by pinfall (0:24)

Rhyno grabs a mic and says he came to NXT to make a statement. He came here for the NXT Championship. The fans chant Gore as Rhyno warns Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens. No matter who gets in his way, the result will be the same.

Dana Brooke makes her NXT debut in two weeks.

We see footage from last week of Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens for the NXT Championship. Owens retained. Brennan and Graves talk about who's next for Owens. We see footage from after last week's main event. Owens says he won and that's all that matters. No one is taking it away. Not Finn Balor, not Sami Zayn. Nobody.

Bayley makes her way to the ring. Emma makes her way to the ring.

Bayley vs. Emma

They share words before Emma puts up her hands for a fight. The crowd chants for Bayley as the two lock up. Emma is taken to the corner where the ref breaks the lock. Lock up again, Bayley is put in the corner. Bayley with a waist lock, Emma reverses into a headlock. Waist lock trades between the two, Emma shoves Bayley. Bayley takes Emma down with a shoulderblock. Leg sweep from Emma, cover. Bayley rolls Emma up, two. Emma clotheslines Bayley to the mat. Bayley is taken to the corner, and then to the next corner. Bayley gets thrown in the next corner. Bayley throws a right hand, Emma kicks her to take her down again. Bayley throws Emma into the next corner, slamming her head against the turnbuckle.

Baykey flies into an empty corner. Emma applies the Emma Lock on the ropes. Emma with a mini splash into the corner. Emma rolls Bayley up, two. Bayley reverses the pin and gets the three.

Winner: Bayley - by pinfall (4:11)

Becky Lynch says she was this close to winning the title at NXT Takeover in February. Bayley, Charlotte, and Alexa Bliss have all had their singles matches for the title. Where's her shot? Sasha Banks isn't that bad, she's certainly not this good. There is no one better than me. Welcome to N-Becks-T.

NXT Tag Team Champions Blake and Murphy make their way to the ring. Sin Cara and Kalisto make their way to the ring.

Blake & Murphy vs. Lucha Dragons

Kalisto and Murphy start. Kalisto works Murphy's hand. Kalisto hits an arm drag and Murphy falls out of the ring. Blake comes in and gets sent out. Sin Cara flies out onto the tag champs. Kalisto goes up top and hits a moonsault onto Blake and Murphy. Sin Cara pins Murphy, Kalisto tagged back in. Kalisto has a headlock in. Blake tags in, Kalisto is sent out of the ring by Murphy. Blake throws Kalisto back in the ring and pins him. Blake hits an elbow drop, cover. Blake keeps Kalisto down with a headlock. Kalisto tries flipping out of the hold, but Blake stays on.

Blake shoves Kalisto off of him, Kalisto rolls Blake up. Blake hits a clothesline, tag to Murphy who hits a knee drop and pins. Murphy applies a rear chin lock on Kalisto. Kalisto works out of it. Kalisto flips and tags Sin Cara. Cara hits a flying headbutt and a springboard crossbody. Cara hits a moonsault off the second rope, cover. Murphy sends Cara out to the apron, where Cara kicks him in the head. Sin Cara goes up top, but is shoved off by Blake. Blake punches Cara while the ref is distracted. Murphy hits the running suplex, Blake hits the splash from the top for the win.

Winners: Blake & Murphy - by pinfall (6:11)

Sami Zayn is being interviewed by Devin Taylor when Rhyno walks up and says he didn't come to NXT to wait in line. Rhyno tells Zayn that the line for the NXT Title starts behind him.

Tye Dillinger makes his way to the ring. Jason Jordan makes his way to the ring. The former teammates collide now.

Tye Dillinger vs. Jason Jordan

Jordan puts on his straps. Tye punches him and slaps him in the ropes. Jordan tosses Tye up, but Tye slaps him. Jordan spears Tye into the corner. Jordan body slams Tye twice. Jordan hits a splash, two. Jordan elbows Tye in the ribs while down on the mat. Jordan cranks Tye's neck back and applies a chin lock. Jordan strikes Tye, Tye returns the favor. Tye rolls Jordan up and hits an atomic drop. Tye chops Jordan and hits a Side Russian Leg Sweep. Tye punches Jordan in the corner. Tye is sent face-first into the turnbuckle. Jordan hits a big suplex for the three.

Winner: Jason Jordan - by pinfall (3:00)

We see a video package looking at the rivalry between Tyler Breeze and Hideo Itami. Breeze makes his way to the ring. Itami makes his way to the ring.

2/3 Falls Match: Tyler Breeze vs. Hideo Itami

Lock up, Breeze is taken to the ropes. They lock up near the ropes for awhile. Breeze rams Itami to the corner. Breeze flies into the corner with a forearm, and then another. Itami strikes Breeze with a running knee. Itami strikes and kicks Breeze several times. Itami dropkicks Breeze in the corner. Itami wins the first fall after hitting the running knee.

First Fall: Hideo Itami - by pinfall (2:18)

Breeze is still laying in the corner. He gets to his feet and hits the Beauty Shot for the win.

Second Fall: Tyler Breeze - by pinfall (1:23)

Breeze is kicking Itami in the corner after the commercial break. Breeze kicks Itami, cover for two. Breeze strikes Itami and pins again, two. Breeze applies a headlock on the mat. Breeze connects with a dropkick, cover. Breeze hits a leg drop, cover. Breeze puts in another headlock on the mat. Itami works his way up and elbows Breeze toe get out. Breeze misses the dropkick. Itami clotheslines and hits a leg sweep. Itami runs into the corner with both knees up. Itami hits a tornado DDT onto the ropes. Itami nails a big clothesline, nearfall.

Breeze counters a suplex with an inside cradle, kickout. Sunset flip from Itami. Breeze pins, Tyler pins. Itami kicks Breeze and rolls him up again. Breeze with a super model kick, nearfall. Breeze knees Itami as he's getting up. Itami is getting fired up as Breeze punches him. Itami kicks and slaps Breeze. Itami dropkicks an empty corner. Breeze misses the Beauty Shot. Itami hits the dropkick in the corner. Breeze hits the Beauty Shot for the win.
