Tom Phillips hypes tonight's main event, a triple threat #1 Contender's match with Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe, and Baron Corbin. Corey Graves is also on commentary.

Jason Jordan & Chad Gable make their way to the ring for the opening tag team match. Blake, Murphy, and Alexa Bliss make their way to the ring next.

American Alpha vs. Blake & Murphy

Jordan and Murphy start the match. Murphy traps the left leg but Jordan soon gets out and hits a suplex, cover. Jordan twists the left arm around and tags Gable. Gable comes in and drops a knee to the arm. Chad works the arm until Murphy whips out of the hold and Gable flips around. Blake tags in but Gable takes him right down into a left arm lock. Gable with a snap mare, Blake fires back with a shoulderblock.

Gable hits a few unique arm drags on Blake before Murphy tags back in. Murphy is taken down with arm drags, cover, and kickout. Gable works the left arm. Murphy goes down screaming while holding his left knee. Gable stands and waits while the ref checks him out. Murphy motions to Blake and takes a cheap shot by attacking Gable from behind.

Murphy places Gable upside down in the heel corner for Blake to attack the left knee with punches. Blake pulls the leg against the ropes before Bliss assists with a strike. Murphy tags in and stomps on the knee on the bottom rope. Gable kicks Murphy out of the ring. Blake tosses Murphy back in to make a tag. Blake stops Gable from makign a tag, but Chad finds a way.

Jordan unloads with dropkicks to both Blake & Murphy. They are both dropped and slammed to the mat. Blake is suplexed onto Murphy. The straps come down and Blake is speared in the corner. Gable catches Blake with the back body drop for the win.

Winners: American Alpha - by pinfall (7:20)

Alex is backstage with Dana Brooke & Emma. Alex brings up the tag team loss Emma & Alexa Bliss suffered last week when Dana interrupts. Emma says Carmella does not have the skills to beat Bayley. Brooke mentions she beat Bayley. Emma then says Carmella lost to Blue Pants at one time. The battle royal was luck. Emma promises to beat Carmella next week.

Graves briefly discusses Sami Zayn's appearance in the Royal Rumble match on Sunday. Zayn will be in the main event triple threat later tonight.

We see a special look at Asuka.

Nia Jax makes her way to the ring with Eva Marie accompanying her. Liv Morgan is already in the ring.

Nia Jax vs. Liv Morgan

Jax and Liv lock up. Jax takes Morgan to the corner and they break. Liv ducks a clothesline but gets caught by Jax. Nia swings her around by her hair. Jax applies a half nelson while jerking her around. Morgan manages to get out and hits a couple dropkicks. Jax catches Liv and throws her down. Jax catches her again and hits a sidewalk slam. Nia connects with the big leg drop for the win.

Winner: Nia Jax - by pinfall (2:12)

Carmella cuts a promo on Emma backstage. Big Cass and Enzo discuss Dash & Dawson running their mouths to Carmella and take shots at their weight.

Bull Dempsey makes his way to the ring. Alex Riley's music hits and he enters for his return match!

Bull Dempsey vs. Alex Riley

Riley kicks Bill and takes him to the corner. Riley leg-sweeps Dempsey down. Alex unloads with punches. Riley hits a neckbreaker and goes for a cover. Riley applies a headlock. Bull gets up and unloads with punches until Riley plants him with a spinebuster. Riley connects with a knee to the face of Dempsey for the win.

Winner: Alex Riley - by pinfall (2:04)

Backstage, Riley asks if we are surprised to see him. Riley says he has been trying to contact WWE for the last four months and didn't get any responses. Riley knew when Sami Zayn was returning, heck, he knew what Apollo Crews had for breakfast the other day. But no Riley. That's what 8 years of hard work gets you. Riley is back and we are surprised.

Elias Samson makes his way to the ring. John Skylar is already in the ring.

Elias Samson vs. John Skylar

Samson kicks Skylar and whips him into the corner. Samson dropkicks Skylar and unloads with punches and kicks. Samson throws more punches before backing up and sitting in the corner creepily. Skylar dodges a clothesline and manages to get a punch thrown. Samson nails a knee to the face followed by the neckbreaker for the win.

Winner: Elias Samson - by pinfall (1:55)

Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley are backstage arguing about hot to pick up chicks and zubaz pants. Mojo mentions they will face The Vaudevillains next week.

We see highlight of the NXT Title match between Balor and Crews from 2 months ago. Next week, Finn Balor and Apollo Crews go head-to-head in a singles rematch.

Baron Corbin is the first to enter for the main event. Samoa Joe is out next. Sami Zayn makes his way out last.

#1 Contender's Match: Baron Corbin vs. Samoa Joe vs. Sami Zayn

They all circle the ring until Corbin and Joe corner Zayn. Corbin strikes Joe instead. Joe rolls out while Corbin strikes Zayn in the corner. Zayn fires back with punches. Corbin with a headlock. Zayn pulls the ropes for Corbin to fall out. Sami goes to jump out, but Joe pulls him out on the other side. Joe chops and strikes Zayn outside. Zayn throws a few punches of his own. Joe turns his attention to Baron by booting him in the chest.

Joe sends Zayn back in the ring for kicks in the corner. Zayn chops, Joe uppercuts. Joe rolls out as Corbin rolls out. Corbin attacks Sami from behind before we go to break.

Corbin whips Zayn across the ring. Joe gets back in and takes Corbin out. Zayn and Joe go back and forth with chops. Sami clotheslines Joe. Joe rolls out, Corbin clotheslined out. Sami flips out onto both of them. Zayn sends Corbin back in but Corbin connects with Deep Six. Baron covers for a nearfall. Joe comes in with a chop and boot to Corbin. Joe trips Zayn onto Corbin and he nails a senton on both. Joe power slams Zayn, cover.

Joe throws Zayn into the top turnbuckle face-first. Joe unloads with slaps again. Zayn falls to his knees. Joe picks up and places him on the top for the muscle buster. Corbin runs up and breaks it. Corbin throws shots at Zayn until Sami punches and headbutts Corbin away. Zayn connects with the Blue Thunder Bomb, nearfall. Joe comes out of nowhere, dragging Zayn out of the ring with the Clutch. Zayn is out.

Joe gets back in the ring and punches Corbin several times. Corbin eats a knee to the face. Joe runs into End of Days, but Zayn breaks the cover just in time. Corbin is furious. Corbin clotheslines and beats the heck out of Sami in the corner. Zayn catches him with the Exploder Suplex followed by the Helluva Kick. Joe drags Zayn off of Corbin to break the cover. Zayn sends Joe into the steps shoulder-first.

Corbin tries to kick Zayn from the mat, but Sami finds a way to put Baron in the Sharpshooter. Zayn drags Corbin back to the center of the ring before Joe runs in and applies the cross face. Corbin taps.

Winners: Sami Zayn & Samoa Joe - by submission (12:25)

Sami and Joe try pleading with the ref. We see a quick replay. William Regal comes down and talks to the ref. They go back and forth until Regal says they will have to review the tape. Joe walks to the back angrily as he knows he won. Zayn stands in the ring as the show closes.

I'm sure we'll hear Regal's ruling next week, if not sooner.
