A video package opens the show. Besties Bayley and Carmella face off in tonight's main event for the NXT Women's Championship.

Tom Phillips welcomes us to the show as the show emanates from the CFE Arena for the first time ever. Corey Graves is also on commentary.

Baron Corbin's music hits and he makes his way out for the opening match. Johnny Gargano makes his way to the ring next.

Baron Corbin vs. Johnny Gargano

Gargano dodges a clothesline and throws a right hand. They circle around briefly until Gargano throws more shots in the corner. Gargano ducks punches and chops Baron across the chest. Gargano tries to roll Corbin up, but no luck. Gargano punches Corbin several times in the corner. Corbin shoves him off and throws a big right hand. Corbin unloads with forearm shots. Corbin holds Johnny against the rope with his knee. Gargano is launched across the ring into a turnbuckle.

Corbin continues to beat Gargano down in the corner while also yelling at the ref. Corbin tries to incapacitate Gargano with a gator submission on the neck. Johnny manages to apply a sleeper on Baron. Corbin backs Johnny up to a corner to break it. Gargano rolls him up and follows it with an enziguri kick to the face. Gargano launches himself back in the ring from the apron with a spear. Corbin catches Gargano with Deep Six. Corbin picks Gargano up and Johnny counters with a super kick to the face, nearfall.

Corbin rolls out of the ring. Gargano chases after him, sending chops to the chest. Back in the ring, Corbin hits Gargano with End of Days for the win.

Winner: Baron Corbin - by pinfall (5:56)

Footage from two weeks ago shows us how Sami Zayn and Samoa Joe both made Corbin tap in a triple threat number one contender's match. Backstage, Sami Zayn says his initial reaction to Regal's decision for a rematch was disappointing. Zayn says there's no way he's letting Joe stop him from becoming a two-time NXT Champ.

A vignette airs on The Vaudevillains.

Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley make their way to the ring. Corey Hollis & John Skylar are already in the ring.

The Hype Bros vs. Corey Hollis & John Skylar

Ryder locks up with Hollis. Ryder hits a dropkick and tosses Hollis into babyface corner to make the tag. Mojo sends Ryder flying with an elbow into the Corey. Mojo hypes the crowd before the John Skylar runs in. Mojo clotheslines both men out. Ryder double dropkicks them from the apron. Hollis gets Ryder down to make the tag. They double team Ryder with kicks, Skylar tags out. Ryder makes the tag. Mojo shoulderblocks Hollis a few times before doing the big splash into the corner. Mojo plants Skylar with the Hyper Drive. Ryder nails the Broski Boot. They hit the Hype Ryder on Hollis for the win.

Winners: The Hype Bros - by pinfall (3:28)

Rich Brennan talks to Bayley and Carmella backstage. Bayley has been through Eva Marie, Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, etc. She isn't ready to let the title go yet. Carmella says this is the biggest match of her career and she doesn't know if she'll get another opportunity. Carmella says nothing will change their friendship, but when the bell rings... may the best woman win.


Alexa Bliss makes her way out with Blake & Murphy accompanying her. Cameron enters next.

Alexa Bliss vs. Cameron

Bliss and Cameron lock up. They break and lock up again, Bliss takes Cameron down. They brawl to the mat and get back up again, arms still connected. Bliss takes an awkward and botched clothesline from Cameron. Cameron hits a double knee into Bliss in the ropes. Cameron does the split kick and Bliss rolls out. Bliss comes back with vicious punches, cover. Bliss slaps Cameron across the back. Bliss stomps Cameron's face against the mat. Cameron takes Bliss down with a few punches.

Cameron kicks Bliss in the corner. Cameron face-plants Bliss, cover follows. Bliss rolls Cameron up, two. Cameron hits a spinning neckbreaker, cover. Bliss slams Cameron and nails the back flip into double knees. Bliss connects with the Sparkle Splash from the top for the win.

Winner: Alexa Bliss - by pinfall (4:13)

Big Cass and Enzo cut a promo backstage telling Dash & Dawson that they aren't done with them. In 2016, they will go back-to-back NXT Tag Team of the Year. Jason Jordan & Chad Gable interrupt. Enzo says it will be an Olympic year, which means it will be Gable's year? Jordan ends it by saying they will face Blake & Murphy next week because they are Ready... Willing...and Gable!

Elias Samson makes his way out. Jesse Soreson is already in the ring.

Elias Samson vs. Jesse Sorenson

Samson knees Jesse in the gut before throwing him into the corner for kicks and more knees. Samson chops Sorenson. Samson hits a few knee drops and also drives his knee directly into the skull of Sorenson. Samson drops an elbow. Samson nails a big jumping knee to the face. Samson hits a swinging neckbreaker for the win.

Winner: Elias Samson - by pinfall (2:36)

We see highlights of Finn Balor vs. Apollo Crews in last week's main event, where Balor won. Afterwards, Balor and Crews shook hands and hugged Backstage, Crews is asked if he has any regrets. Crews says he does not. He stood toe to toe with NXT Champ and he knows what he has to do in the future. Next time we see him inside the ring, we will see a new Apollo Crews.

Carmella makes her way to the ring for the main event while cutting a promo. Women's Champion Bayley makes her entrance last.

NXT Women's Championship Match: Carmella vs. Bayley (c)

They shake hands and hug before locking up. Bayley starts with a headlock, Carmella reverses it. Bayley gets Carmella in a left leg lock. Bayley switches back to a headlock on the mat. Bayley takes Carmella down with an arm drag from the turnbuckle. They dropkick each other at the same time and slap hands again. Carmella locks up Bayley's left wrist until Bayley does a waist lock into a roll up, kickout. Bayley splashes onto Carmella in the corner before hitting a mini clothesline and knee drop, cover.


Bayley continues to work the arm when Carmella rolls her up. Carmella throws Bayley into her foot in the corner and follows it with a head scissors take down. Both women are down until Bayley is rolled up. Bayley unloads with elbows in the corner. Bayley power slams Carmella, cover. Bayley goes up top but Carmella pushes her out of the ring. Carmella does a crossbody out onto Bayley as the crowd erupts into a loud "NXT!" chant. Carmella goes back in and hits another crossbody. Carmella throws Bayley back in the ring for a cover and kickout. Carmella covers Bayley two more times, but has no luck.

Carmella splashes onto Bayley in the corner. Bayley sneaks out of Carmella's submission and into a cover, kickout. They pin each other a few times. Bayley counters Carmella one more time with a cover to get the three.

Winner & STILL Women's Champion: Bayley - by pinfall (10:30)

Bayley pulls Carmella up and they hug and raise hands as the crowd pops. Carmella leaves the ring and is attacked by Eva Marie and Nia Jax. Bayley goes to make the save but Jax takes her down. Jax carries Carmella down to the ring. Eva positions Carmella to take two leg drops from Nia.

Eva kicks Carmella a few times before Asuka makes her way down. Eva hides behind Jax as Asuka steps in the ring. Eva nervously leaves the ring and Jax follows. Bayley rolls back in the ring to grab her title and to check on Carmella. Asuka stares at Bayley before caressing the Women's Title. Asuka smiles and leaves.

Backstage, Samoa Joe says he saved Sami Zayn's career and life. Next week, there will only be Zayn and Joe in that ring. Joe promises to be the next NXT Champion.
