We start off with a video package showing the number of times Kevin Owens has attacked NXT Champion Sami Zayn. Last week, Zayn retained over former champion, Adrian Neville. After the match, Owens attacked Zayn once again.

William Regal appears to announce the next NXT special will air on the WWE Network on February 11th. There will be a tournament to crown a new number one contender starting tonight. Charlotte will face Sasha Banks tonight as well. NXT starts right now!

NXT Champion Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring and immediately punches Tye Dillinger, who is in the ring. Tye is tossed out of the ring. Zayn grabs a mic and screams for Owens to get out here now. Instead, NXT GM Regal comes out. Regal tells Zayn to get himself under control. Zayn says he's not wrestling one more match unless it's against Kevin Owens. Regal says he won't let anyone jump people like this. Owens may get a title match one day, but he hasn't earned it. Zayn says it doesn't have to be for the title, just give him to me. Zayn says he will do anything Regal wants.

Regal announces Zayn will face Kevin Owens at Takeover on February 11th in a non title match. The crowd chants "Thank you Regal!" Tonight, Charlotte defends the Women's Championship against Sasha Banks. Hideo Itami vs. Tyler Breeze and Finn Balor vs. Curtis Axel in tournament matches take place tonight.

Regal is interviewed backstage. He announces Sami Zayn will see Kevin Owens in the ring next week for a contract signing.

Corey Graves, Rich Brennan, and Jason Albert are on commentary. Curtis Axel makes his way to the ring for the first tournament match. Finn Balor makes his way to the ring.

Tournament Match: Curtis Axel vs. Finn Balor

Lock up, Balor is taken to the ropes. Lock up again. Waist lock on Axel, Axel elbows his way out. Axel throws a couple punches. They hop over each other until Balor connects with a dropkick. Balor flips over the top rope and out onto Axel. Balor kicks Axel from the apron. Back in the ring, Axel kicks Balor in the knee and clotheslines him from behind, cover. Axel stomps on Balor in the corner. Balor throws several punches and Axel hits a dropkick. Axel drops an elbow to the head. Axel puts in a headlock down on the mat. Axel nails Finn with a running knee, nearfall. Axel attempts an elbow drop from the second rope and Balor moves. Balor hits the pelee kick and the sling blade. Balor dropkicks Axel into the corner. Balor goes up top and hits the double foot stomp for the win.

Winner: Finn Balor - by pinfall (4:53)

Other tournament matches: Hideo Itami vs. Tyler Breeze, Adrian Neville vs. Tyson Kidd, and Bull Dempsey vs. Baron Corbin.

We see footage of Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch beating Charlotte and Natalya in a tag match. Sasha is interviewed backstage. She says she will pin Charlotte and she will have no one to save her. Tonight, she will become the new NXT Women's Championship.

Bull Dempsey says he had the ticket to the top in the palm of his hands. He let it slip when he lost to Baron Corbin last week. Next week, Bull will get his revenge in his tournament match against Corbin.

Sasha Banks makes her way to the ring with Becky Lynch at her side. Charlotte enters.

NXT Women's Championship Match: Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte (c)

Charlotte hits the ropes real quick. Sasha shoves her and the lock up. Sasha gets shoved down. Charlotte takes Sasha down to the mat and Sasha reverses it. They are still locked up as they go to the corner and back down to the mat, quick pin from Sasha. They spill to the outside. Charlotte strikes her and Becky takes a shot at the champ. Charlotte clotheslines her and they get back in the ring. Charlotte slams Banks and pins her. Banks takes Charlotte down with lots a of punches. Charlotte gets up and repeats the beating. Becky Lynch gets in the ring and the ref calls for the DQ.

Winner: Charlotte - by DQ (2:21)

Bayley comes out and clears the ring. Bayley picks up the Women's Title. Charlotte steals the title back and Bayley shockingly hits the belly to belly slam. Regal comes out and says there seems to be some unsettled issues. Regal announces Charlotte will defend her title against Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks in a four-way match at Takeover on February 11th. Sasha and Becky show some tension on the ramp.

Kevin Owens is backstage on his phone. A new announcer walks up and asks Owens for his thoughts on facing Zayn at Takeover. Owens says he will tell Zayn his thoughts next week at the contract signing.

The Vaudevillains make their way to the ring. Blake and Murphy are already in the ring.

The Vaudevillains vs. Wesley Blake & Buddy Murphy

Murphy and English lock up. Murphy hits an explosive dropkick. English takes Murphy to their corner and tags Gotch. Gotch works the arm and tags English. English kicks Buddy and tags Gotch. Gotch hits a suplex, cover. Gotch tags English. English holds Murphy down and digs his knee into the back on Buddy. Headlock in place. Murphy gets up, but Gotch gets the tag. Gotch strikes Murphy a couple times and tags Aiden back in. They double team, but Murphy gets the tag. Blake hits some clotheslines. Blake with a springboard off the ropes. big power slam connects, Gotch breaks the pin. Gotch throws Murphy out. Murphy kicks English in the head from the apron. Blake gets the roll up win over English.

Winners: Wesley Blake & Buddy Murphy - by pinfall (3:58)

Tyler Breeze is backstage and says it's only a matter of time before he wins the NXT Championship. He faces Itami in the main event next.

Blake and Murphy are interviewed backstage. They say their win over The Vaudevillains wasn't an upset. 2015 is their year. They want to challenge the Lucha Dragons for the Tag Titles next week. The commentators hype them up.

Next week, Adrian Neville vs. Tyson Kidd and Baron Corbin vs. Bull Dempsey in tournament matches.

Tyler Breeze makes his way to the ring. Hideo Itami makes his way to the ring.

Tournament Match: Tyler Breeze vs. Hideo Itami

Lock up, headlock on Itami. Hideo kicks at Breeze. Breeze tries for a waist lock but Itami takes him down. Breeze dodges some more kicks and tries to avoid Itami. Breeze sneaks in a kick of his own. Itami connects with a knee and kick to the chest, pinfall for one. Breeze trips Hideo into the ropes and then falls outside the ring. Breeze kicks Itami in the ribs. Back in the ring, Itami strikes Breeze and Tyler counters with a dropkick, two. Breeze throws Hideo in the corner. Breeze lands a leg drop and covers him again. Breeze puts in a headlock. Itami tries to break free, but Breeze counters and hits a neckbreaker.


Back from break, Breeze has a chin lock in on Itami. Itami gets out and clotheslines Breeze. Itami catches Breeze's foot and trips him with a leg sweep. Itami swings Breeze into a DDT on the ropes. Flying clothesline from the top, nearfall follows. Breeze tries to pick him up, Itami counters with a fisherman suplex, nearfall. Itami kicks Breeze on the apron. Breeze dodges school boy and hits a super kick, nearfall. Breeze punches Itami in the corner and almost gets disqualified. Itami kicks and punches but Breeze pulls off a big roll up with Itami's arms hooked. Breeze yells at Itami and throws more punches. Itami gets angry and sends a flurry of kicks. Itami connects with the double foot stomp in the corner and a dropkick for the win.

Winner: Hideo Itami - by pinfall (10:53)

Itami celebrates in the ring to end the show.
