Tom Phillips & Corey Graves welcome us to the show from commentary as we are two weeks away from Finn Balor vs. Nakamura.
Alexa Bliss makes her way to the ring for the opening match. Carmella enters next.
Alexa Bliss vs. Carmella
The two lock up, leading to Carmella shoving Bliss off. They trash talk some before locking up again. Carmella's left hand gets wrapped up, followed by a shoulderblock from Bliss. Alexa stomps Carmella's head into the mat while using the ropes. Carmella trips Alexa, allowing a roll up to happen. Bliss rolls Carmella up to the return the favor. They have a stand off. Carmella does a head scissors takedown, followed by a roll through and dropkick. Bliss rolls out of the ring.
After the count of five, Alexa steps back in. She is taken down with a headlock. Bliss reverses into a head scissors lock. Carmella reverses it again with another headlock. Back on their feet, Carmella takes Bliss right back down. Bliss works the left arm, slamming it. Bliss covers before a brief break.
Bliss is shown working the left arm still. She slams the arm to the mat using her knees. Bliss then follows it with a double knee drop and Insult to Injury. Carmella throws a big right hand to knock Alexa silly. Carmella throws an elbow, followed by a clothesline. Carmella does a head scissors take down again, followed by the Bronco Buster in the corner. Bliss does a sunset cover out of the corner, two count. Carmella tries punching Bliss from up top, no luck. Carmella manages to flip her with her feet, two covers for nearfalls.
Bliss slams Carmella and walks right over her. She heads up top and connects with Twisted Bliss for the win.
Winner: Alexa Bliss - by pinfall (9:35)
2 weeks ago - Finn Balor & Shinsuke Nakamura met in the ring to set up a dream match.
Earlier today - We see an interview with Nakamura. He discusses his history with Finn Balor. Nak says their families know each other. Nak says he supported Finn when he made the move to NXT. Nakamura says he made something like Balor, but not the same. Nakamura says he definitely has to face this icon before he moves on to the title. Nak calls Finn one of his best friends. Nakamura says he will give us something sensational.
Backstage, Cathy Kelly talks to Bayley about her return to the ring. Bayley calls it humbling to be out and come back with a win last week. Bayley says she is ready for her shot against Asuka. Bliss interrupts and says Bayley doesn't deserve the title shot. Bliss tells Bayley she'll have to go through her before she gets to Asuka.
Noah Potjes makes his way to the ring. Andrade "Cien" Almas makes his way out next.

They lock up to start. Cien works the left arm right away before Noah reverses the hold. Cien does a flip to reverse it. Almas dropkicks Noah right in the face. Noah rolls out, allowing Almas to kick him through the ropes. Almas catches himself in the ropes as Noah dodges back into the ring. Noah delivers a big right forearm, followed by a quick cover. Noah applies a headlock on the mat. Almas gets to his feet, elbowing out of the corner. Almas hits a dropkick before doing a wheel barrel bulldog. Almas hits the corner finisher for the win.
Winner: Andrade "Cien" Almas - by pinfall (2:51)
Austin Aries is interviewed backstage about attacking No Way Jose last week. Aries talks about how great he is and how the fans don't seem to accept him. No Way Jose walks in and gets appreciated while the fans say "Austin sucks." Aries knocks the fans and says it's on them.
Earlier today - Finn Balor gives his comments on Nakamura. Balor says Nak took him under his wing and showed him the way of Japanese pro wrestling. All wrestling aside, Balor and Nak are friends outside of work. After two years apart, Balor was excited to hear Nakamura was coming to NXT. Balor wanted to return the favor and now they are coming to this crossroads. Finn says the fans are in for a real treat.
Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley has been set for next week.
The Hype Bros make their way to the ring. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa enter next.
The Hype Bros vs. Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa
Gargano and Mojo start the match with a lock up. Johnny turns it into a waist lock. Mojo tosses Gargano across the ring. Mojo rolls around the ring to prevent Gargano from making a tag. Ryder tags and comes flying in with a crossbody, cover. Ryder whips Gargano across the ring for a clothesline, cover. Ciampa comes in, taking an elbow from Ryder. Gargano roll up kicks Ryder, allowing Ciampa to take control with a headlock.
Ryder plants Ciampa face-first, cover. Mojo tags in. Ryder takes out Ciampa outside the ring. Gargano flies out onto Ryder before Mojo runs over Johnny with a clothesline.
Mojo has Gargano locked up in a choke hold. Ryder and Ciampa both come in. Ciampa hits a clothesline. Ryder with double knees and missile dropkick out of the corner. Mojo tags in for corner splashes and a run over. Mojo covers Ciampa, Johnny breaks it up. Gargano pulls Mojo out of the ring for a superkick. Ciampa nails Ryder with a spinning clothesline, nearfall.
Ciampa props Ryder up in the corner. Gargano is now legal. Mojo runs in for a double powerbomb. Ryder hits the El-bro drop on Gargano, nearfall. Gargano pins Ryder for a two. Ryder bumps Ciampa off the apron. He goes for the Broski Boot, but Ciampa clotheslines him in the process. Ciampa and Gargano double kick Ryder. Ciampa pins for the win.
Winners: Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa - by pinfall (8:22)
Gargano grabs a mic and brings up the face that they beat The Revival a few weeks ago. That should mean they are in line for a title shot. American Alpha's music hits.
Gable tells them they aren't next in line for anything because they just lost their titles. Gable promises to win the titles back. Jordan says they will also get their revenge against The Authors of Pain. Jordan says they will remind The Revival that they are the Alphas of NXT.
The Revival comes to the stage. Dawson wants to let everyone in on a little secret. The Revival mans the ship and is calling the shots. Dawson says neither team will get what they want. Dash calls Johnny & Ciampa nothing more than a couple of good hands. Dash says Jordan & Gable are more like the betas now.
William Regal's music hits. Regal says this is NXT and he dictates the terms. Regal says Gargano & Ciampa are indeed in line for a title shot. But, we have to find out who really is the dominant team in NXT. Next week, we will see American Alpha challenge The Revival in a 2/3 Falls NXT Tag Team Championship match!
American Alpha shakes hands with Gargano & Ciampa as The Revival leaves. The Authors of Pain attack from behind. Jordan manages to suplex one of them. They come back at it, though, and run over Jordan. Gable gets hit with a clothesline as well. Paul Ellering comes to the stage to motion them. The Authors of Pain stand tall on the stage to close the show.
