Opening video: Shinsuke Nakamura returns tonight to face TJ Perkins in a must-see match!
Tom Phillips welcomes us to the show as Nigel McGuinness and Percy Watson join him on commentary.
Tye Dillinger vs. Eric Young doesn't get started when the rest of Sanity brings out a beaten up Roderick Strong to the ramp. Tye leaves the ring to check on Roddy as Sanity joins EY in the ring. No Way Jose comes out as well to check on Strong. Dillinger & Jose hit the ring and a brawl ensues. Sanity stands tall.
Next week - NXT Champion Bobby Roode vs. Kassius Ohno
At the Performance Center - Peyton Royce & Billie Kay try to figure out where to hang their Breakout Star of the Year award. They run into Ember Moon, who is working out. Moon comes out of the weight room and threatens the Aussie girls.
1) Andrade "Cien" Almas def. HoHo Lun via the Hammer Lock DDT in 2:33. Almas dominated most of the match.
A vignette airs for Aleister Black.
2) Ember Moon def. Billie Kay via Eclipse in 3:32. Peyton Royce tried to interfere at the end of course, but Moon prevailed in a back-and-forth bout.
Afterwards, Royce and trainers check on Billie Kay who appears to have an injured neck. Kay finally walks to the back.
Backstage - TJ Perkins says he hasn't lost his sight on regaining the Cruiserweight Title, but he goes where the competition takes him. Perkins and Nakamura go way back. Perkins says he doesn't steal moves, he steals moments.
The Revival vs. The Ealy Brothers doesn't happen when The Authors of Pain attack the Ealy's on their way to the ring. Dash & Dawson leave through the crowd as the NXT Tag Champs nail the Last Chapter on one of the twins.
Backstage - William Regal informs Ember Moon that she will challenge Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT TakeOver: Orlando. Moon says the NXT women's division will begin a new phase at TakeOver.
Sit-Down Interview - Tom Phillips speaks to Kassius Ohno. He says it's surreal to find himself back at the Performance Center. As for next week's NXT Title match, he would love to get his hands on the title and take it to TakeOver.
Via Satellite - Phillips asks Bobby Roode about what Ohno had to say. Roode doesn't care. Just as Roode's NXT was taking shake, Ohno had to walk in and put his stink all over it. Roode promises to retain and walk into WrestleMania weekend as champ. Roode walks off.
3) Shinsuke Nakamura def. TJ Perkins via Kinshasa in 11:45. These two worked a really fun back-and-forth match that easily stole the show.
Backstage - William Regal announces the winner of Roode vs. Ohno next week will defend the NXT Title against Nakamura at TakeOver.
