Report by CJ Blaze of WrestlingNewsWorld.com

We see a new opening video package and theme song as well as new graphics around the Full Sail Live venue to start. Tom Phillips, Percy Watson, and Nigel McGuinness welcome us to the show from commentary.

1) Aleister Black def. Corey Hollis via Black Mass in 27 seconds. Yes, most of the match was just Black standing there while Hollis jumped around. BUT, Black has one wicked kick for a finisher. Can't wait to see more.

We see footage of Tye Dillinger debuting on SmackDown last week. Dillinger cuts a promo backstage and says he has unfinished business here in NXT. That will be settled next week in a Steel Cage match against Eric Young!

2) #DIY def. Dylan Miley & Michael Blais via pinfall in 3 minutes. Miley is a freak! DIY took control again once Blais was tagged in and ate the Meet in the Middle double kick.

After the match, Miley got back in the ring and attacks Blais viciously. This guy really could be something. Put him up against Strowman!

After her loss to Asuka at TakeOver, Ember Moon wanders around the empty Amway Center. She says it was supposed to be her moment and her opportunity to show the world that she could do anything. Asuka proved she will do anything to keep the title. Ember promises again to be the one.

3) Ruby Riot def. Kimberly Frankele via pinfall in 2:16. 40 seconds into the match, Nikki Cross made her presence known at ringside. Kimberly definitely held her own here and shows promise already. Riot finished her opponent with a cool wind-up pelee kick. Afterwards, Cross leaves as Riot watches.

At the performance Center, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce target Aliyah and Liv Morgan. Liv ends up pushing Kay into a tub of water.

4) Drew McIntyre def. Oney Lorcan via the running boot in 4:34. This was a hard-hitting bout right from the start. It's amazing what can happen when Drew is booked to show what he can actually do. Drew was awesome and I can't wait to see him against Bobby Roode and others.

Afterwards, Dasha asks what brings him to NXT. Drew says this is exactly where he needs to be. He built up a reputation, and he could've signed anywhere. He has the Raw talent and could lay the SmackDown on anybody... but he wants to be in NXT!

Shinsuke Nakamura comes out for his NXT farewell. He talks about debuting a year ago after dominating in Japan. He talks about all of his learning and talks about NXT being its own unique brand. The entire NXT roster and Finn Balor come out to celebrate with Nakamura to end the show.
