WWE NXT Taping Results For July & August 2016 (Spoilers)

WWE held another set of NXT tapings last night from the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Below are complete taping results:

Dark Match:

1) Oney Lorcan b. Tino Sabbatelli

Episode One (Airing July 27):

1) Shinsuke Nakamura b. Wesley Blake

2) Billie Kay b. Santana Garrett

3) Nick Miller & Shane Thorne b. Adrian Nailz & Rob Ryzin

4) No Way Jose b. Steve Cutler

5) Kota Ibushi b. Buddy Murphy

WWE NXT Champion Samoa Joe cut a promo, calling William Regal out for making the match against Shinsuke Nakamura without consulting him. The segment ends with the match definitely happening at TakeOver but Joe said if he catches Nakamura beforehand, he won’t make it there.

We’re unclear if all five matches taped here will air as the fifth match could have very well been dark.

Episode Two (Airing August 3):

1) Hideo Itami b. Sean Maluta

2) Asuka b. Aliyah with Bayley watching from ringside. She also cut a promo prior, stating she had been watching Asuka.

Bobby Roode came out and cut a promo, he is NXT.

3) Dash & Dawson b. Nick Miller & Shane Thorne. Tony Nese, Zack Sabre, Jr. and Drew Gulk, competitors in the Cruiserweight Classic, watched from ringside

4) Mojo Rawley vs. Chris Atkins ended in no contest when Samoa Joe destroyed them. Mojo fought back to ended up in the Clutch until he was pulled off by referees.

Episode Three (Airing August 10):

The show opened with a contract signing of Bayley and Asuka with William Regal. Asuka tried to get Bayley to shake her hand more than once but Bayley resisted.

1) Gzim Selmani & Sunny Dhinsa b. Adrian Nailz & Rob Ryzin

2) Andrade "Cien" Almas b. Angelo Dawkins

3) Billie Kay b. Liv Morgan

4) Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa b. Patrick Clark & Tucker Knight

Episode Four (Airing August 17):

1) Hideo Itami b. Mustafa Ali

2) Nikki Storm, Liv Morgan & Carmella b. Alexa Bliss & Daria & Mandy Rose

3) Samoa Joe b. Mojo Rawley. Nakamura came out to break up a post match Cocquina Clutch but it was broken up. Joe ended up laying at out security and grabbing the title as the show faded.
