WWE Raw Draws One Of Its Lowest Audiences In Decades
This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw garnered an average viewing audience of 2,478,000 viewers on the USA Network. That’s down yet again from the week prior, this time an average of (-170,333 viewers). Below is how the show did each hour:
Hour one - 2,850,000 viewers
Hour two - 2,381,000 viewers
Hour three - 2,203,000 viewers
Average - 2,478,000 viewers
This number is historic as last week was the lowest non-holiday audience WWE’s flagship show has done since the 1990s. WWE was up against stiff competition with the first debate of the 2016 US Presidential Race. The debate even took a chunk out of Monday Night Football with the game between the Saints and the Falcons doing 8,047,000 viewers, which is also a steep drop off.
While these low numbers will be blamed on the debate, WWE will look to turn things around next week.
