Recap of Taker's resurrection on Battleground. Streaks are meant to be broken, but it was the way everyone was continuously reminded by that ending is why Taker is back. Of course Heyman went off about this on Raw last week, ranting, until, GONG! Heyman fled and the never-ending fight between Brock Lesnar and Taker last week on Raw.

In Ring Segment

The Authority out, Trip sans tie, shirt open at the collar, but still in his suit jacket. Steph in a short sleeveless black dress, with a more flared skirt than her normal shifts. Rollins to the ring with them.

Trip – Welcome to Monday Night Raw! It's going to be a huge night, a night of firsts, starting with a massive announcement. In a few short weeks is SummerSlam. This SummerSlam will be epic, monumental, beyond proportion, and three hours won't cut it. SummerSlam will now be a four hour monumental event!

Steph – It will feature, as the main event, a match 17 months in the making. The Grim Reaper has been resurrected, the Undertaker returns for vengeance against the man who broke the Streak they said would never be broken, by The Beast, Brock Lesnar.

Trip – As big as SummerSlam is, tonight will be epic as well. Tonight will also be a night of firsts. For the first time ever in this ring, it will be Big Show, going one on one against Lunatic Fringe, Dean Ambrose.

Steph – The former Divas Champion Paige will go one on one against the current NXT Women's Champion, The Boss, Sasha Banks.

Trip – If that's not enough, then the man who's made a bigger impact in his first few months than I've ever seen before, facing John Cena in his first match, KO, Kevin Owens, will face off for the first time against The Viper, Randy Orton.

Steph – And the Divas revolution continues when Team Bella members Alicia Fox and Nikki Bella face off against Becky Lynch and, Wooooooo, Charlotte!

Rollins – You guys are getting me all riled up, but if you're talking about first, I know a lot about firsts, being the first man to ever cash in his MITB contract in the main event of WrestleMania, where I defeated not only Brock Lesnar, but Roman Reigns in the same night! (heat) Speaking of Brock Lesnar, a little over a week ago, at Battleground, we went one on one, and I did exactly as I said I was going to do, walked in WWE WHC, and I walked out WWE WHC. (heat) To cap this night of firsts off, I think we need to involve all of you, for the first time ever, I need you to stand up and admit that I will go down as one of, if not the greatest WWE WHC of allllllll tiiiiiime! (more heat)

Cena's music hits to solid pop, but they sing him to the ring. Rollins doesn't look impressed by this. Cena grabs a mic then into the ring.

Cena – I don't mean to interrupt you (Steph and Trip), but I do mean to interrupt you (Rollins), because you're an arrogant jackass. All the HoFers who held that and you claim to be the greatest ever? I disagree, and think you're a joke. I think on a night like tonight, we need to find out who is telling the truth. Don't worry, I'm not gonna ask you (Rollins), because last week you tucked tail and ran like a yellow bellied coward. So I'm here to talk to you, Triple H, Steph, tonight is a night of first time ever! I know how you feel about me, but I know how you feel about me, but I also know how you feel about what's best for business. So, for the first time ever, we need to see if Seth Rollins can become a man! I say we have a match, Rollins versus Cena, for the WWE WHC!

Rollins – John, John, why don't you do everyone a favor, and for the first time, shut the hell up! See this isn't your little US Championship, this is THE WWE WHC! You gotta earn your opportunities at my Title...

Steph – Seth, Seth, sorry, hang on a second. I think we need to put it to the people. Ladies and gentlemen, it was deafening in here, do you want to see John Cena versus Seth Rollins for the WWE WHC?

Serious pop, into "YES!" "YES!" "YES!"

Steph – Then, for the first time ever, I say...NOOOOOOO!

Steph dances the last word, wiggling her body down, but not as low as she can go.

Steph – I say no to you John Cena, and everyone around the world. No WHC match tonight, you gotta earn it.

Trip – I get that, I do, but, I think I can speak for everybody here when I say that nobody wants to see the WWE WHC defended here on Raw. (heat) But the idea is valid, so in the ring tonight it will be John Cena versus Rollins, but it will be for your US Championship. Because that's what's best for business.

The Authority and Rollins leave the ring laughing, especially Rollins who stays longer to mock Cena before leaving the ring.

Announce Segment

JBL loves what The Authority did, but Cole and Byron were not as thrilled. Then Cole went through the great matches scheduled for Raw tonight.

Renee – Please welcome the WWE WHC, Seth Rollins. Tonight you could possibly walk out as WWE WHC and potentially US Champion

Rollins – Renee, did you say potentially? Haha! Let me flip this around on you, let's flip this around. Who was it who beat Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania.

Renee – That was you, you did that.

Rollins – Who was it who stood toe to toe with The Beast and walked out with his WWE WHC?

Renee – I mean technically, you did defeat...

Rollins – Hey, enough with the semantics Renee. When you are at the top, everyone's a critic, everyone wants to tear you down. First it was, oh Seth can't win a match by himself. Ask Cesaro, Orton, Ambrose if I need help winning my matches, and now John Cena wants to challenge the validity of me, I got something for Cena. Every single month I go out and beat the best in the WWE, and John Cena defends his title in the US Open Challenge against the rest the WWE has left. I'm so sick of Cena saying the future of the WWE goes through him, well I've seen enough of John Cena, and tonight I will show Cena that the future has long past him by.

Rusev – How do you Americans say this? I am smitten. My heart wants to burst out for the woman who healed my soul. Always hot as a billion summer. A woman privilege to obey. It is man privilege to give woman gifts. So tonight, I teach all of you, so called American men, how to treat a woman.

Rusev opens a box with a really adorable brown and black hound mix puppy that Summer Rae has no idea how to lift, but manages, as she gushes at Rusev.

Rusev – Well, his name, judging by his ugly looks, by his skinny legs, that he peed on itself, and it's neutered, let's name it Dog Ziggler.

Summer Rae laughs at this, then puts the dog down. Rusev hands the dog off to someone by the ring, talking to the dog in Russian. Rusev with another box.

Rusev – It's a fish. Take it! Take the fish!

It's a headless fish, almost two feet long, and Summer Rae does as she's told with the fish.

Rusev – Hold it high. I say let's name our fish. What better way than to name a cold fish them after a very famous cold fish we all know, Lana! (heat) It is...

Lana – Shut up!

Lana comes down the ramp in her navy pinstriped suit.

Lana – It's actually a privilege for a woman to leave and not just obey, but week after week you come out here and lie about me, try to embarrass me, humiliate me, and you don't succeed. You know why? Because everyone here can see right through you. Look at her, you dress her just like me. Then you kiss her while looking at me. You're pitiful, just like your defeats, ever since you hooked up with this unoriginal, wannabe, pathetic Lana.

Summer Rae – After all the years that he's had to cuddle up with this (holding the headless fish high), he now knows what it's like to cuddle up with this (shows off her curves).

Lana laughs at Summer Rae. Summer Rae makes as if the headless fish is making fish faces at Lana, mocking her. Lana kicks Summer Rae in the leg and she goes down to her knees. Lana kicks off her ref heels. Mounts Summer Rae, who is on all fours, grabs Summer Rae's left arm in a hold, then grabs Summer Rae's bangs in her right hand, pulling her head back. Rusev is yelling at Lana to let Summer Rae go. So, Lana lets go of Summer Rae's arm, and using both hands, rubs Summer Rae's face all over the fish. Summer Rae flops around on the mat screaming. Rusev steps up at Lana and is slapped across the face by her. Lana leaves the ring laughing, her head held high. Rusev waits until Lana is far enough up the ramp, then throws the fish at her. Lana continues with her head held high. Rusev over to Summer Rae, loops her arm with his, pulls her to her feet, all the while he's yelling in Russian. Summer Rae pitches a screaming fit, jumping up and down in the ring.

In Ring Segment

Wyatt and Harper to the ring through the fireflies.

Wyatt – I'm not a betting man, but if I was, it would be a safe bet that each of you had a family. Do you love them?

"YES!"

Wyatt – Do you care for them?

"YES!"

Wyatt – Do you hug them each and every day?

"YES!"

Wyatt – And tell them that this world is a wonderful paradise, and tell them that everything will be okay as long as you're together? Hahaha! I'm ashamed to be the one to tell you this children, but your Mommies and Daddies have been force feeding you lies your entire life. (heat) Your Mommies and your Daddies DO NOT LOVE YOU. (My daughter Sam is pouting for effect.) Because if they loved you, they'd tell you the truth. But the truth can be a hard pill to swallow. It can be shocking, terrifying, and the worst part is, all you have to do to find it is look our your front door. It's in your schools, your government, in your places of worship! The ones who are set to protect you are the ones you should fear the most! Just as soon, sooner you're able to realize that, the sooner you can be transcended, the sooner you can be set free! But as each and every one of you understand, freedom comes at a very, very, very hefty price. You know, a long time ago I had a pet. He wasn't anything to look at, but I loved him just the same. And this pet would give his life for me, he was loyal. The curiosity was getting the best of my pet, he wanted to know what was through the woods and over the train tracks, so one day I moved his chains, set him free, but he came right back to me, as I knew he would, but there was something different, a scar from his eye to his nose, and I knew he was changed. He never ran away again, and never left my side, but was different, he learned the world has teeth sharper than his. He learned a more valuable less on than I could teach, you need to get them before they get you. Luke Harper was a damaged man, and I did what I had to do, picked him from the dirt and fixed him like you would a broken toy, because I knew one day I'd have to set him free too so that he may learn his own truth. Don't be afraid, tell your peace, my brother.

Harper – There was a time in life where I didn't understand why a man like me existed, what my purpose in life was, or why I was here. But my family found me. He showed me the truth, and the truth is, this is all of your fault. Each and every one of you made me what I am. You shunned me. You created me, but he, Bray Wyatt saved me. He opened my eyes, made me stronger than every, and showed me my path in life. And now I know when you pray for the rain, you best be prepared for the mud. Bray Wyatt, my life for you.

Wyatt – It always comes back to family, don't it. Harper would go through hell and back for me. Hell, he already has. But Roman Reigns, I tried to warn him that this was only the beginning, and as you know, I am not a liar! Now Roman Reigns claims Dean Ambrose is his brother and he cares for Ambrose, because if he truly cared for Ambrose, he'd tell him that he's in danger! That Dean Ambrose should turn his back, walk away, and never look back, because Roman Reigns, this is your burden to bear, this is your hill to die on. I will seal your fate. Roman Reigns, we're here.

Wyatt drops to his knees and yells, off mic, "Follow the buzzards!"

Renee – Please welcome the US Champion, John Cena. When you defend your US Championship against the WWE WHC Seth Rollins. Last week you called him a poor excuse for a Champion, what if Seth beats you?

Cena – It's put up or shut up time. Ever since I put my hands on this Championship, I've let everyone know this is a true symbol of excellence. In less than four months I've had over a dozen broadcast title defenses, but not one is more important tonight. As hard as I try, as much as I mean it, tonight's match with The Authority's golden boy, chosen one, the self-proclaimed future of the WWE, but more importantly, the WWE WHC. Tonight the great debate is over, either Rollins is as good as he says he and walks out with both Championships, or Cena shocks the world, and defeats, in the center of that ring, the WWE WHC, settling the argument once and for all, proving, the real Champ is here.

Cena doesn't even notice it's not facing the right way. Cena sits on the mat, his head hanging. Now that all the adrenaline is running out of his system, he's struggling to do his job, be there for the fans in the arena. Personally, I think Cena has done more than enough for one night.

John Cena with his broken nose, never giving up!

I'm handing off the RAW Is Blogged to Jesse Sherwood again this week, but I have to mention how impressed I was with the Divas, and how well Cena worked this match. He continues to have the best matches on Raw with the younger Superstars, but working the way he did, with his nose so obviously broken, I'm that much more impressed.
