WWE TLC promises to be a crazy night with last-minute replacements as Finn Balor takes on AJ Styles and Kurt Angle teams up with Ambrose & Rollins to face Braun Strowman, The Miz, Kane and Cesaro & Sheamus in a TLC match.

The show opens with a video package highlighting Kurt Angle's return to the ring. A bit of time is spent on the 3 vs. 5 handicap match, as well as a couple of other bouts, but the focus is mainly on Angle.
Michael Cole references the 'hectic week' leading up to tonight's show when he welcomes us. He talks briefly about the show being retooled, before Emma's music hits, and she makes her way down the aisle to a lukewarm reaction from the crowd.
The lights go down for Asuka's entrance and the crowd is hot right off the bat. The Empress of Tomorrow makes her way to the ring to a nice pop.
Emma vs. Asuka
The bell rings and Emma ducks a clothesline right off the bat, but Asuka is quick to shrug it off. Emma gets in Asuka's face, so Asuka takes her to the mat with a leg bar, but Emma makes it to the ropes to break the hold. Emma shoves Asuka's face and Asuka psychs herself up, locking up with Emma. The two trade holds with Asuka locking in a headlock and getting pushed off to the ropes. Emma connects with a shoulder block, but Asuka shrugs it off. The two wrestle down to the mat and Asuka wrenches away at Emma's arm until Emma stand and slaps Asuka. ASuka smiles and shrugs off a kick, hitting the ropes and blasting Emma with a flying butt bump to the face. Asuka traps Emma's leg and kicks her down to the mat, locking in a quick ankle lock. Emma is able to flip through and send Asuka flying to the outside. She catches Asuka with a kick to the stomach on her way back into the ring. Emma steps to the outside to grab Asuka and bring things back into the ring for a two count.
Emma traps Asuka's arm in a submission and Asuka fights to her feet, but Emma yanks er back to the mat by her hair. Emma locks Asuka up in a tree of woe in the corner, kicking her in the spine repeatedly before heading out to the floor and yanking Asuka back by her hair. Back in the ring, Emma hits a running splash to a seated Asuka in the corner, but it's only enough for a two count. Emma continues the assult on Asuka's arm, but Asuka is able to fight out of it. Asuka shrugs off a series of slaps from Emma, and she goes behind, rolling her up for two. Asuka runs the ropes and catches Emma with a quick runnig knee strike. Asuka heads to the middle rope and hits a missile dropkick. Asuka grabs eEmma's arm and kicks her in the side of the head. Emma is able to retaliate, taking Asuka to the mat and connecting with a nasty running kick. Emma rubs Asuka's face into the mat, and Asuka responds by clamping on an ankle lock, refusing to let go.
Emma stands while trapped in the hold, and Asuka tosses her back in a German suplex. Emma rolls to the outside, and when Asuka tries to follow, Emma tosses her out to the floor. Emma tosses Asuka back into the ring, and she follows, but Asuka is able to lock in the Asuka lock, dropping down in the middle of the ring. Emma is forced to submit, and this one is over.
After a couple of commercials, the Miz is shown backstage alongside Cesaro and Sheamus. Sheamus says the previous GM Mick Foley would never have let this happen, but he looks forward to kicking an Olympic Gold Medalist, and Cesaro says tonight they'll show why they are the bar. Miz talks about how Angle says he's stepping in tonight because he cares about the WWE Universe, but Miz knows he just cares about himself, and putting himself in the main event to face the Miz. He could have postponed or cancelled this match, but Angle has to play superhero, but tonight he's going to meet a monster among men, Braun Strowman. Strowman tells Miz to save the pep talk. He stopping Angle's return to the ring, along with Seth and Dean. He tells them to stay out of his way. Kane walks in and says he does what he wants, and if anyone destroys Angle, Rollins and Ambrose, it'll be him. Miz says they've got the opportunity to change the WWE tonight, to use ladders to build a bridge to a better tomorrow. He says they'll run Monday Night Raw. Strowman says for Seth, Dean and Kurt, there is no tomorrow. Kane says he's turning TLC into Hell on Earth. Miz says they're making history the hard way, and he and the Bar mock The Shield's hands together pose.
Elias is in the ring and he asks the crowd how many feel alive. He says based on the response everyone's dead inside, which makes them all liars. He asks the crowd to silence their phones, because there can be no distractions. He says to reach out to him and feel his words, but most importantly, shut their mouths because he's got a song to sing. During his singing, someone throws lettuce, and celery at Elias. It's Jason Jordan throwing fruits and vegetables at Elias. Jordan walks off with his cart of produce, and Elias picks lettuce off his guitar before they cut to a commercial for WWE 2k18.
Back in the arena, Brian Kendrick makes his way down the aisle to a small pop from the crowd.
Gentleman Jack Gallagher is out next, and Jack doesn't get the warmest welcome from the fans.
Cedric Alexander is the next man to make his way out, followed shortly by Rich Swann, both men get small pops.
Tag Team Match
Brian Kendrick and Jack Gallagher vs. Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann
Swann and Kendrick look to kick things off for their respective teams. Kendrick leads with a knee to the gut before hitting a couple of clubbing blows to Swann's back. Kendrick goes for a snap mare, but Swann flips through and begins to fight back. Kendrick slams Swann's head into the middle turnbuckle before tagging out to Gallagher. Jack comes in and works over Rich's leg before both men fight up to their feet. Alexander makes a blind tag and Gallagher eats a dropkick from Swann. Kendrick makes the tag and ends up thrown out to the floor by Cedric. Jack pulls Cedric's feet out from under him, but Swann takes him down, and Cedric tosses Kendrick out alongside his partner. Cedric leaps over the top rope with a beautiful tope suicida, but when he brings Kendrick back into the ring it's not enough for a three count. Swann tags back in and we get some double team work including a nasty backbreaker from Alexander that leads to a two count. Swann heads to the top and a distraction from Gallagher allows Kendrick to pull Swann down to the mat face first. Kendrick tags out to Gallagher, who comes in and tears into Swann with a nasty front facelock.
Swann fights up to his feet but Kendrick makes the tag in and takes him right back down to the mat with a butterfly suplex. Kendrick backs up and soccer kicks Swann dead on in the ribs before charging him face first into the top turnbuckle. Gallagher drives his shoulder into Swann's gut in the corner before turning around and baiting Cedric Alexander, distracting the ref in the process. Kendrick tags in and he charges Swann in the corner, but he's back dropped out to the floor. Gallagher charges back into the ring and he tries for a belly to back suplex, but Swann lands on his feet and makes the tag to Cedric. Cedric comes in with a flurry of offense culminating with a kick to the top of the head, but Gallagher won't stay down for a pin. Cedric goes to the apron and leaps off with a springboard clothesline, but Kendrick breaks up the pin. Swann tries to intervene on the floor and Kendrick suplexes him. Kendrick heads back into the ring with Cedric and connects with a superkick before locking in the Captain's hook. Cedric tries to roll through, but Kendrick hangs on. Swann breaks it up with a 450 splash. Gallagher comes in and knocks Swann out with a headbutt to the neck. Cedric recovers and picks up Kendrick for the lumbar check. Cedric pins Kendrick, and this one is over with a three count.
Winners: Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann
Swann and Alexander celebrate after that sprint of a match, and we go right into another commercial.
The announcers talk briefly about The Rock tweeting about Kurt Angle's return to the ring before they quickly turn their attention to Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James, sending things right over to a video package highlighting the recent history between these two women.
Backstage, Alexa is interviewed about the upcoming match. Alexa talks about being confused by Mickie calling her 'biscuit butt'. She talks about Mickie probably wearing mom jeans, and she talks about Mickie's good 'ole days, but after tonight, her days will just be old.
In the arena, Mickie makes her way down the aisle and Cole notes that if Mickie were to win tonight, that would tie her with Trish Stratus for most Women's Championships in WWE history.
Alexa Bliss is out next, and the champion gets a pretty nice little pop on her way to the ring.
Raw Women's Championship
Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James
The bell rings and both women begin circling before locking up. Alexa tries to work over Mickie's arm, but finds things turned around very quickly before being pushed down to the mat. Alexa pops up and finds herself rolled up by Mickie. Alexa begins to talk smack but runs to the ropes when Mickie charges after her. Mickie grabs Alexa by the hair before smacking her butt. Alexa is shocked, and she turns around trying to clothesline Mickie. Mickie ducks the clothesline but she eats an elbow to the face, and Alex goes to work on Mickie's arm. Alexa keeps trying to take Mickie to the mat, and Mikie keeps popping right back up. Mickie takes Alexa down and charges in with a running kick to the face. Mickie knees Alexa in the stomach before trying for a headscissors out of the corner. Bliss tosses Mickie out to the apron and drops her throat first over the top rope. Alexa grabs Mickie's arm and pulls Mickie against the bottom rope, yanking back hard.
Alexa keeps up the assault on Mickie's arm, wrenching away and dropping a knee on Mickie's shoulder. Alexa kicks Mickie in the back of the arm before trapping her arm in a key lock hold. Mickie fights to her feet and tries to roll out of the hold, but Alexa maintains the hold. Mickie slowly makes her way up and blasts Alexa with a couple of stiff forearms, but Alexa is quick to take Mickie down to the mat and goes for a series of covers, not able to get three. Alexa stomps on Mickie's wrist and tells her to give up.
Mickie fights back with a kick to the chin before connecting with a headscissors out of the corner. Mickie and Alexa trade stiff right hands. Both women connect with blows at the same time, and both end up on their backs in the middle of the ring. Mickie is able to slam Alexa face first into the mat. Alexa kicks Mickie in the gut, and Mickie responds with a series of forearms to the face before she connects with a running cross body. Mickie connects with a couple of kicks and another running cross body, but Alexa will not stay down for a three count. Mickie kicks Alexa in the stomach and tries for a DDT, but Alexa powers out. Mickie rolls up Alexa for a two count. Alexa connects with a sunset bomb, but Mickie kicks out at two.
Mickie flapjacks Bliss to the mat, then she heads up to the top rope. Alexa stops Mickie and causes her to fall to the mat hard. Alexa heads to the top rope and tries for Twisted Bliss, but Mickie rolls out of the way. Mickie rolls out to the apron and heads back to the top. Mickie connects with a leaping dropkick, but Alexa is still able to kick out at two.
Mickie pins Alexa again, but Alexa still won't stay down. Alexa tries to beg off, but ends up suckering Mickie in, slamming her face into the middle turnbuckle. Bliss connects with a snapping DDT, and she pins Mickie for the three count.
Winner and STILL Raw Women's Champion: Alexa Bliss
Following the match, Mickie is interviewed in the middle of the ring. She says she wanted to take the Championship home, but she's proud of her performance tonight. She says she hopes she proved that not only was she worthy of this match tonight, but hopefully it won't be her last Women's Championship match, and hopefully she's got at least one more run in her. Mickie also takes the time to thank the Universe for their support before she heads to the back.
Kurt Angle is shown warming up backstage. Ambrose and Rollins walk in, Angle says he knows they wanted to do this on their own, but he couldn't let that happen. Rollins says they know why he did it, they respect that. They didn't come to talk strategy, they came to give him a shield bullet proof vest. Angle holds the vest proudly, and says that he's in.
Elias is back out in the arena for another attempt at his song. He introduces himself to the crowd again, saying that earlier he was interrupted, and he sees the crowd is trying to interrupt again, but nothing is going to stop him from giving the crowd the performance they need. So right now he's going to sing a song that's going to change their life. Elias begins playing and humming. The crowd is booing so loudly that Elias says he's going to have to start over. You can't even hear Elias, and he even says he's having trouble hearing himself, so he asks the crowd to hold their applause until after he's done. Elias is drawing absolutely nuclear heat, and he's interrupted once more by Jason Jordan throwing fruits and vegetables. Elias runs off to the back, and Jordan mugs for the fans.
The announcers turn their attention to Kalisto vs. Enzo, throwing things to a video package showcasing the recent rivalry between these two men, including Kalisto winning the title from Enzo in an impromptu lumberjack match.
Enzo Amore is the first man to make his way out for the next match, and Enzo comes out strutting before he introduces himself to the crowd. It sounds like Enzo may be a bit hoarse. Enzo says that he lost his voice. He was celebrating his victory a little too hard last night. But his voice is the only thing he's losing. There's only three types of people in this world. People who make things happen like Enzo. People who watch things happen like everyone in the crowd. The third type of person sits around and wonders what the hell just happened. Enzo says what happened is he's going to be two time Cruiserweight Champion, because there's only one word to describe Kalisto, S-A-W-F-T, Sawft!
Kalisto's music hits next, and the Champion makes his way to the ring to a small pop from the crowd, but he gets a decent 'Lucha' chant going once he makes it into the ring.
WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore
The bell rings and Kalisto charges right away, causing Enzo to retreat into the ropes. Kalisto catches Enzo's boot and clamps on a headlock. Enzo pushes Kalisto off and connects with a back elbow. Kalisto pushes Enzo into the ropes, and Enzo avoids a kick, dancing a bit before bailing out to the floor. Kalisto chases Enzo around the ring and back inside the ring he connects with a headscissors, and a couple of kicks to Enzo's thighs. Kalisto connects with an enzugiri that sends Enzo out to the floor. Kalisto mocks Enzo's dancing before sending him back out to the floor on the other side of the ring. Kalisto dives through the ropes to wipe out Enzo on the floor. Kalisto brings Enzo back into the ring and Enzo crawls to the ropes to force Kalisto off.
Enzo drops Kalisto chin first on the top turnbuckle, and the tide turns with Enzo blasting Kalisto with clubbing blows to the back of the head. Enzo kicks Kalisto in the ribs before he heads up to the top rope. Enzo mocks Kalisto's 'Lucha' chant before he simply drops to the mat. Kalisto takes Enzo down and connects with a nasty kick that stuns Amore. Kalisto charges Enzo in the corner and Enzo stomps down, sending Kalisto down to the mat hard. Enzo pins Kalisto, but is only able to get a two count. Enzo winds up and blasts Kalisto with a big right hand to the side of the face.
Enzo traps Kalisto in a side headlock, grinding him down to the mat. Kalisto works his way back up to his feet, and Enzo is quick to drive him right back down. Kalisto attempts to fight up again, and he rolls through, sending Enzo crashing face first into the corner. Kalisto stands slowly, charging Enzo in the corner, and he's back dropped to the apron. Kalisto connects with a kick to the side of the head, a springboard senton, and a nasty spike hurricanrana. Kalisto pins Enzo, but he only gets a two count. Enzo is able to drive Kalisto back head first into the bottom turnbuckle. Enzo heads to the middle rope and connects with the DDG, but it's still not enough to keep Kalisto down for two.
Kalisto counters the boot to the side of the head and tries for the Salida del Sol, but Enzo fights out of it. Enzo uses a ref distraction to poke Kalisto in the eye, and he connects with Eat Defeat on Kalisto, putting him down for a three count and winning the title back.
Winner and NEW WWE Cruiserweight Champion: Enzo Amore
Enzo is interviewed after the match, and he says that he owes all the thanks to himself. He owes all the fans a no thank you. How you doin? Enzo dances a bit in the ring before heading off to the back.
The announcers turn their attention to the next match, which doesn't get a video package buildup, but rather just gets right into it. AJ Styles makes his way to the ring to a big pop from the crowd.
Finn Balor is out next, and the demon gets a very warm welcome on his way to the ring.
AJ Styles vs. Finn Balor
The crowd is going nuts before the bell, and once the match starts both men charge into a lockup, wrestling around the ring for position. In the ropes, Finn breaks clean. We get another lockup and Finn goes for a side headlock. AJ pushes Finn off and eats a shoulderblock, but he shrugs it off easily. Finn calls for a test of strength, but quickly goes behind Styles. Styles takes Balor down to the mat, and the two wrestle for a bit before they pop back up and stare each other down. Finn blasts AJ with a forearm to the back, and AJ responds with a quick dropkick. Styles misses a clothesline in the corner, and Finn responds with a kick from the apron. Finn locks AJ in a Mexican surfboard, holding Styles up before dropping him to the mat and pulling Styles back by his chin. Balor wraps up AJ's legs, but AJ is next to the ropes and he's able to force a break.
Styles is able to connect with a chinbreaker, but Balor comes back quickly with a dropkick that sends AJ to the outside. Balor hits the ropes and turns around into a running back elbow from Styles. Styles takes Finn down to the mat and drops a big knee for a two count.
Balor runs into a big boot from Styles in the corner, then Styles slingshots himself over the top rope with a big foraem that puts Balor down for two. Styles drops Balor down across his knee for another near fall. Styles picks up Balor and delivers a couple of big right hands, a forarm, and a kick to the arm. Styles goes for another pin but can't keep Balor down. Finn fights back out of the corner, taking Styles across the ring with a series of punches and kicks. Styles fights back, chopping away at Balor in the corner. Styles sends Balor across the ring, then finds his own chest being chopped. Balor charges in with a running chop in the corner. AJ leaps up to the top rope, and Balor knocks him out to the floor with a kick to the side of the head. Balor hits the ropes and leaps over the top with a plancha out to the floor.
Back in the ring, Balor connects with the sling blade, but then he runs right into the ushigaroshi from Styles. Styles calls for the Styles Clash, but Balor fights out. Styles picks up Balor and plants him face first on the mat for another near fall. Balor puts AJ down and connects with a nasty double stomp. Finn stomps on Styles, leaping off the bottom rope for extra leverage. Finn charges into the corner with a running dropkick. Styles is able to roll through and lock in the calf crusher out of nowhere. Balor refuses to quit, slowly pulling himself to the ropes. When AJ rolls back to the middle of the ring, Balor slams AJ's head against the mat repeatedly to break the hold. AJ is sent out to the apron and he connects with a big forearm, but Balor responds by shoving AJ out to the floor. Balor positions himself on the apron and charges in with a running kick to the chest. Balor drops to the floor, then connects with a huge dropkick that launches Styles into the barricade.
Balor refuses to take a win by countout, heading out to the floor after Styles. Styles picks up Balor and both men go crashing over the German announcer's table. Both men make it back into the ring at the same and trade blows with neither man getting the advantage. AJ tries for an impaler DDT, and Finn tries for the 1916. Balor drops an elbow on Styles' throat, then connects with the 1916. AJ stops Balor from climbing to the top rope and sends him crashing to the mat. Styles tries for the springboard 450, but he misses. Balor connects with a lariat, then dropkicks Styles into the corner. Balor goes to the top and connects with the coup de grace, pinning Styles for the three count.
Winner: Finn Balor
After the match, Balor shakes AJ's hand, helping him stand to a big cheer from the crowd. They cheer even louder when Balor and Styles 'too sweet' each other.
After a couple of commercials, Elias is in the ring this time, and he's interrupted quickly by Jason Jordan's music.
Jason Jordan vs. Elias
The bell rings and we get a lockup right away with Jordan backing Elias into the corner and breaking clean. Another lockup and Jordan takes Elias down to the mat. Jordan picks Elias up and dumps him down to the mat into a cover. Elias tries to shove Jordan and is quickly slammed to the mat once more. Elias bails to the floor to catch his breath before coming back in and stunning Jordan with a cheap shot, a couple of quick right hands, and a side headlock. Jordan pushes Elias off, but he falls to a shoulderblock and Elias goes right into an arm bar. Jordan fights out and catches Elias with another giant slam. Elias bails to the apron and Jordan connects with a huge dropkick that puts Elias down for a two count. Jordan picks Elias up, but Elias fights out of it and sends Jordan crashing face first into the middle turnbuckle.
Elias pounces on Jordan in the corner, laying in with quick right hands. Elias bails to the floor and slams Jordan chest first against the ring apron. Elias slides back into the ring for a near fall, then he sends Jordan into the ropes, taking him out with a running forearm for two. Elias clamps on another arm bar, and when Jordan fights out, Elias traps him in an abdominal stretch.
Jordan is able to fight out and he takes Elias down with a couple of quick clotheslines before he runs him from corner to corner, slamming him in hard. Jordan tosses Elias with a big belly to belly suplex before running in with a spear in the corner. Jordan connects with another belly to back suplex, but Elias kicks out of a pin attempt. Jordan seats Elias on the top turnbuckle, then heads up after him for a superplex. Elias hangs on to the ropes, and fights off Jordan. Jordan tries to run up again, but Elias catches him with a knee to the jaw. Elias picks up Jordan and body slams him into the corner. Elias tries to suplex Jordan into the ring, but Jordan converts it into a roll up for three.
Winner: Jason Jordan
It's time for the main event, as the announcers throw things to a video package hyping this match as the return of Kurt Angle. The other competitors also get time, but much like the opening video package, this is very much about Angle's return to the ring.
Miz is backstage with his team, and he says tonight after the match, they're going to treat their opponents like garbage, and take them to the dump. Miz's music hits, and the Intercontinental Champion makes his way out to a small pop from the crowd.
Cesaro and Sheamus make their way out next to a bit of love from the fans.
Kane is the fourth man to make his way out to the ring, and the crowd seems to have cooled off quite a bit. Braun Strowman is the last participant out for Team Miz, and he stalks to the ring to a small reaction.
The Shield's music hits, and Rollins and Ambrose make their way out from the crowd. They pause at the top of the stairs and they're joined by Kurt Angle, who holds his arms up with a giant grin on his face. They make their way to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd.
TLC Handicap Match
Kurt Angle, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins vs. The Miz, Braun Strowman, Kane, Cesaro and Sheamus
All three men grab chairs on the outside and surround the heels in the ring. Rollins, Ambrose and Angle make their way up to the apron and Angle is able to clear the ring with a chair before he tangles with Kane in the corner. Rollins saves Angle with a chair shot to Kane's back, and Strowman and Kane find themselves on the end of many chair shots from Angle, Ambrose and Rollins. Kane in particular is assaulted with repeated chair shots. Ambrose and Rollins leaps through the ropes with suicide dives to take out Miz and the Bar. Angle and the Shield grab a ladder on the floor and use it to run through Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus. Angle drives the ladder into Strowman's gut, then bashes Strowman across the back repeatedly. Back in the ring Rollins connects with a springboard knee to the side of Kane's face. Kane drops out to the floor, and they keep up the assault on Kane, beating him down before Angle drives the ladder into his gut.
The Shield begin taking apart the announcer's table, then Cesaro and Sheamus interject. Ambrose drops Cesaro crotch first on the barricade and Rollins tosses Cesaro into the ring steps. Kane stands and tries to fight back, but Ambrose stops him with a chair shot to the back. Rollins gets a chair shot of his own on Kane before they place him on the announcer's table. Braun Strowman charges in and takes out Ambrose and Rollins before taking apart another announcer's table. Strowman looks to powerbomb Angle, but Rollins stops him with a chair shot to the back. Ambrose and Rollins trade off with more chair shots before sending Strowman crashing into the ring post. Ambrose and Rollins positions Strowman on one table, and Kane on the other. Two ladders are set up next to the tables, and Ambrose and Rollins begin to climb. Ambrose drops an elbow on Kane and Rollins splashes through Strowman, sending both crashing through the tables.
Angle grabs a chair and whacks Miz across the back before bringing things back into the ring. Cesaro and Sheamus take turns driving chairs into Angle's gut, then they choke him with a chair and connect with a double clothesline. Sheamus attacks Angle in the corner, laying in with punches and kicks. Cesaro and Sheamus traps Angle with a ladder in the corner, superkicking the ladder into Angle's ribs. Angle struggles to his feet, and Miz calls for a triple powerbomb, but Rollins and Ambrose are in to break it up. Cesaro and Sheamus take the fight to Rollins and Ambrose on the outside. Back in the ring, Angle connects with three German suplexes in a row on Miz before he connects with a German suplex on Cesaro, and one on Sheamus. Kane sits up, and he makes hi way into the ring. Angle can't get a German suplex on Kane, but he fights off a chokeslam and clamps on the ankle lock. Strowman is in and he breaks the hold and pulls Angle out to the floor, slamming him right into the barricade.
Strowman sets up a table on the floor and he shoulders Angle, taking him around and hitting a running powerslam through the table. Angle is immediately swarmed by refs who check on his well-being, and it looks like they're calling for a stretcher.
Rollins and Ambrose charge in, but they're taken advantage of by Sheamus, Cesaro, Strowman and Miz. Kane connects with a side slam on Rollins, and Angle is being helped to his feet by trainers on the outside. Sheamus sends Rollins into the corner, and Miz gloats while Angle is helped to the back. Cesaro and Sheamus stomp away on Rollins, and Kane beats on Ambrose in the corner. Strowman picks up Ambrose and connects with a clubbing blow in the corner. Rollins is sent crashing head first into a chair wedged into the corner.
Sheamus leaps off the top rope with a double axe handle smash to Ambrose. Cesaro winds up and blasts Rollins with a chair across the back. Miz hits Ambrose across the back, then allows Sheamus to hit Rollins across the back. Cesaro connects with a nasty uppercut on Rollins before hitting a low dropkick on Ambrose in the corner. Strowman charges Rollins in the corner, but misses. Rollins superkicks Kane, and Rollins and Ambrose try to fight back. Kane blasts Strowman with a steel chair, and Strowman turns around slowly. Strowman shoves Kane across the ring, and Miz jumps in to try and play peacemaker. Rollins and Ambrose jump in and it's not long before the 5 have the advantage once more. The Bar set up a table, and try to do a double Razor's edge through the table, but only the leg of the table breaks. The table is propped up in the corner, and Strowman tosses Ambrose through the table.
Miz calls for Rollins and Ambrose to be brought up the ramp, and he calls out a dump truck from the side of the stage. Ambrose and Rollins are tossed into the garbage truck, but they fight out of it, and they leap off the garbage truck to wipe out their opponents.
Miz runs back to the ring, and Rollins and Ambrose are quick to follow, stopping him before he's able to flee through the crowd. Rollins and Ambrose take Miz back up the aisle where there are a lot of tables and weapons. Kane attacks from behind, but Rollins and Ambrose are able to stop Kane with combined strikes. Strowman saves Kane, and Kane attacks Strowman, chokeslamming him through the stage next to the announcer's table.
Strowman reaches up and grabs Kane's foot. Kane grabs a strand of chairs hanging from the rafters, and yanks them down, sending them crashing on top of Strowman. Kane turns back to Rollins and Ambrose, and The Shield fights back as much as they're able before they're ambushed by Miz. Ambrose and Rollins turn it around quickly, but they're both chokeslammed back through tables. Ambrose's table again doesn't break and the back of his head bounces off the table hard. Sheamus pulls Rollins back toward the garbage truck. Strowman pulls himself out from under the chairs, and Kane looks shocked.
Miz tries to stop Strowman, but Strowman tosses him into the LED boards at the top of the ramp. Strowman takes out Cesaro and Sheamus, then he turns to Kane, shouldering the big man. Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus interfere, stopping Strowman and tossing him in the back of the garbage truck. The truck is turned on, and Miz directs the truck to be driven off. Cesaro, Sheamus and Miz bring Rollins and Ambrose back to the ring, with Kane in tow.
The Bar and Miz assault Rollins in the ring, triple teaming him, but Ambrose is able to break up a pin attempt. Ambrose is immediately targeted by all of his opponents, but Kurt Angle's music hits, and the GM slowly makes his way down the aisle. Angle backdrops Cesaro on the ramp before connecting with an Angle slam on both Cesaro and Sheamus. Back in the ring, Angle tosses Miz from the ring to the floor. Kane almost tombstones Angle, but Rollins and Ambrose break things up with chairs. Kane bails Ambrose and Rollins clothesline Kane through the barricade. Miz connects with the SCF on Angle, but Angle is able to kick out at two.
Miz sets up a chair and tries for another SCF, but Angle is able to roll through into an ankle lock. Miz fights off the hold and sends Angle to the floor. The Shield and Angle stand on the apron and come in the ring quickly. Dean hits Dirty Deeds, Angle hits the Angle slam, and Ambrose and Rollins pick Miz up for a triple powerbomb. Angle gets the pin, and the three count.

Angle and the Shield celebrate in the ring, the show ends with the three men standing in the ring, and it looks like Angle says 'I want more'.
